Great but with an asterisk!
The course was great, pace was good. However, 3 of us got paired with a solo player. We are African American and he was Chinese. Everytime I got out the cart to go to my bag he would watch my every move. I had to tell him "Nobody want your clubs!" I could tell he believed everything he saw on TV/Social Media about African Americans. He had some PXG Callaway clubs; I don't care if you paid $2500 for your clubs, I don't steal and I am not a thief! My advice for all....make sure you come with your own 4 players so you don't get paired with strangers! Golf is supposed to be fun not stressful!
Good conditioning and fairly priced
I play here often, and have played most of the public courses in the area for 30+ years now. You will be hard pressed to find another course that checks all the boxes. This one does. Always in great shape, and moderately priced. Not a long course by any stretch, but the tee boxes are level, the fairways are uniformly green and the greens are always fantastic ( with the exception of time of year and aeration ). While so many smaller public courses are always chewed up, Concordia rises to a very respectable level. Unless your a scratch golfer that hits 320 yard drives, you will not be disappointed here. Ken and staff are also the best. For me, knowing that you can count on excellent conditioning keeps me coming back..
Best 6300 yard course in Middlesex and Monmouth counties
Great layout, great condition, great greens. Ball striker course, from the tips. Gotta keep it straight, from tee to Green.
Silk Smooth Course
Course was easy to play. It was clean and the layout wasn't hard.
Fairways & greens were great
The course was in great shape, as most are this time of year in the Mid Atlantic states. That said, the round was a little slow due to a frost delay, but we expected that. We had a very enjoyable round at Concordia and look forward to playing there again.
first time here, had a great day. Took a few holes to figure out speed on the greens but they rolled nicely and had a beautiful day. Will definitely eill be back
