Great course
Friendly staff and nice layout. I’ve played there before and always enjoy every round. Price value is great. Just got new carts. They’re beautiful
Nice course and friendly staff but...
I love this course. It's well maintained and the staff are super friendly. I am not a member but I do play here pretty regularly. The only issue I have with this place is hole #10! My friend got hit in the head with a ball that someone hit from the practice range and had to go to a hospital last year.
I am pretty sure she's not the first one to get hit either. When standing at the tee box at hole #10, you have to keep an eye out for the range balls flying over. We joke about wearing a helmet. Even after teeing off, on the fairway, you constantly have to look over your shoulders to make sure that you're not going to get hit. I have NEVER been to a course where there's no safety net at the practice range when it's so close to the tee box and fairway. The practice range and #10 runs almost parallel and it's not unusual to see range balls on the fairway. If you hit to the left of the fairway, don't even bother looking for your ball. There are so many range balls on the ground that you can't tell which is yours unless you flip over every ball or play with a colored ball. Not to mention the risk of getting hit with range balls flying over your head.
I can't believe their insurance company won't make them put up a net! If you feel unlucky, skip hole #10.
Rain day
Played because our fees were non-refundable. Rainy and miserable. No course amenities open because almost no one was there. Had a low blood sugar and the drink machines were not working and could not get food. Luckily, my buddy had life severs on him and I found an old snack sized peanut butter container in my bad. That help me over but i had to skip two holes to avoid passing out.
Other than that, I love this course. Just right for my abilities.
A good bang for the buck
The fairly new ownership has continued to improve conditions since their purchase. Always keeping the course groomed and maintained. Soon the greens will be just right as they were aerated a month ago. Fair price and a conscientious staff add to the pleasant experience. The only downfall for some may be the shortness of the course. I find it nice to hit a driver 7-P second shot most of the day rather than Constantly having to hit long irons and hybrids into par 4’s all day as on the longer courses. Makes for a much more satisfying round of golf that doesn’t wear you out.
Play this course
Good course especially for beginners! Good condition. Can’t go wrong with the price. Fun course
Greens will get better
I believe they aerated recently,
Some of the greens were bumpy.
Overall the course is in good shape.
Our 4 some had to wait some as the group ahead of us were, it appeared, waiting for The group ahead of them.
Pace could have been a bit better .
