Nice layout
Course in great shape even though some of the fairways were aerated. Greens in great shape. A nice layout with some water hazards. Some bunkers were in bad shape but in the process of being redone. Food is available and was not bad. Would go back if price is right.

My $400 Tailor made M1 driver's head flew of on the very first swing on the first hole. On top of that it started raining heavy after the second hole and few of us on the course quit. The manager was ready to give a "rain Check" till he found out I signed in thru Golf Now. I don't know if Golf now will oblige.
All in all a rotten day!

Other then this year's wet weather damage and the poor cart path conditions the golf course is in decent condition.
Course in great shape
Course has been in great shape all season really well taken care of all year. A testament to the staff!!!

Still needs help
Some bunkers and cart paths still need help. Many burnt out areas on the fairways. How about some fresh cold water in the water buckets?
Just airated
Great layout. Very fair for seniors. Just airated. Tough to putt. Wait a week or so to play.
Another one bites the dust
Poor course conditions on a lay out that was picturesque, but the course appears to be in permanent GUR. Pace of play was atrocious with players picking up our balls and others not teeing off when the group in front already reached the green. Without a marshal or on course amenities, I would not recommend anyone to play here especially if you need a quick round in.
Well worth it.
Starter got us out on time and the pace of play was great.
Course needs work
Some bunkers are full of rocks. Tee boxes and and some fairways are chewed up. Greens pretty decent.
Overall a good course
A couple of the greens were pretty beat up
In particular the par 3 15th was spotty and very bumpy
The cart paths are also beat up at some locations
Just a couple of sore spots
But overall Concordia remains a solid spot
A work in progress
The layout has always been good, but with continued improvements the course is getting better and better.

Excellent staff. Very friendly. Greens are great and fairways are mostly fine. A few bad spots but in general well maintained. Cart paths need a little work.
How can you give a 1 star review when the course had nothing to do with your frustration. Hit the driver correctly and it will not break. The weather is out of their control. Reviews like yours make people avoid a course that will otherwise provide a great time
