Great Round !!!
Have to pull up to gate, They will guide you. Once in club house the Guy at desk was Awesome made me feel like I played there before. Told me about work being done on Bunkers, Never came into play (avoided all bunkers anyway). The front are birdie hole, The Back is longer Par are good, Greens are tricky but really nice can't wait to play in a few weeks when the grass is at its best. Might like it more than Meadows of Plainsboro

It’s clear that work is being done on the grounds. However, the cart paths are in terrible shape. Some of the bunkers were unplayable. There was also casual water in too many spots
Elsewhere the greens were quite spotty. There was no water in the containers located on the course. It was explained once the season is underway they will be filled.
Liked this course a lot last year, I think it will be a go to course again but it may take some time this season
Average
The price for the course is fair and there were only two negatives. The pace of play was atrocious. It was among the worst I have ever experienced. No rangers to speed up play. No 4somes out, all 2-3. I was with one other person and it took 5.5 hours to finish. It’s a very short course too. Also, it’s absurd you can’t get a drink or a bag of chips after 9. Nothing is there and only vending machine was out of order.
Debris on fairways
About a third of the holes had tree limbs and wood debris on or near the fairways. This and unfinished sand traps on a few holes.
The course was in decent conditions. Looks like they are working on the bunkers. The tee boxes were very soft. The greens are still recovering from the air action and sanding. My sister and I were paired up with 2 other players. The round was very enjoyable and the weather turned out to be excellent. I would recommend this course to the average player .
Concordia...
I joined up with two regulars and had a excellent day. The course is under repair but was still playable. The gentleman in the pro shop was very friendly and quick to check me in.
