Nice track. They r putting a lot of money into this course. All sand traps being replaced. Cart paths being re done. Eatery total revamp.
This course is on the uptick.
Everyone is airating their greens and prepping for the season.
Go out enjoy a good time!!!
Great course, wide open.. Played from the blues made it a little more challenging to make up for the short course. Fun water hazards. Only con was the cafe was not open cause of renovation

Improvements have been made
The course is better than I recall it being the last time I played— last year
The fairways are nice as are most of the greens
Some cart paths are still being constructed

Nice layout.
Enjoyed the coarse. Alot under construction, bunkers, etc. Greens in good shape this early in season. Grill/cafe closed, so didn't know that, but was able to grab something down the road b4 ttime. Should reopen soon, but check if ur wanting to eat before round or at turn. Overall, enjoyable day. Short coarse, but some interesting par 5s. #1 handicap is short par 4 with water both sides of fairway, must be accurate off t.

Good course
Overall very happy congestion on the first few holes slowed play but when you get to #6 it opens up a bit to be fair i played on a sat the first nice sat of the year so slow play was to be expected. But overall a nice course with tricky par 3s and good greens.

Soggy bottom
Nice layout and nice course. Due to weather conditions some areas were soggy and greens were tough since it's too early in the season. Hot deal price was good. Would like to play it again during warmer weather.

Four Stars, Not Five: Concordia Has One Flaw
I enjoy playing this course when it's in good condition, as it was on November 7th. However, I would recommend that you do not play out of 95% of the bunkers because they are notoriously filled with small rocks and stones; (They happened to be filled with rain water this time anyway). If only they would fill them with sand it would be the superior line course I remember from 10 years ago.
The staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating.

The sand traps need sand get the rocks out cart paths need an overhaul.

Short & Tight
Nice course around what seems to be an adult community. As a result, the fairways are tight. It is a short course played from the tips, but if you don't put it in the fairway, you're in trouble.

Well maintained course
I played on this course last year and couple of times in summer and yesterday. I must say this course has come a long way since last year. They have kept on updating and maintaining the course constantly. I golfed yesterday and this course is kept so clean on fairways and the greens are very nicely maintained even in fall.
I would love to play this course again.
