This course is in fantastic condition. Even with no rain for at least 2 weeks the conditions were pretty good.
Nice Course, will play again in near future
I've played this course twice now. Both times I was impressed with the course care. I also like the course layout. It is obvious the employees care about the quality of the course.
Great course
Always in good shape. Open. Greens a bit slow but roll true. One of my favorite courses in the area.
Nice place to play
Played this course following a recommendation from a playing partner during a previous round at another course nearby.
Playing conditions were as good as, or better than, other courses in this area and this price range. The tee boxes are noticeably large, which probably helps the course rotate tee placements to keep them in good shape. Greens are noticeably small, but also noticeably free of unrepaired ball marks. Greens looked fast but we’re deceptively slower than the looked.
Where layout and playing are concerned, the fairways look like airports but we’re subtly hard to hit. It has a nice variety of doglegs, sloping fairways and elevation changes on inner holes.
Pace of play for a busy Saturday four-ball was roughly four hours on the nose on the nose. We never ever waited for a shot, probably thanks to the ranger holding us until the previous group cleared the first free. Simple but effective.
The practice tee could use some love. The grille room was very nice and the service was friendly.
Great course layout
Great time golfing at Fairview! We had pair with two other golfer and one of them make a hole in One!!
Great Course Conditions
The course was in fantastic shape! The only criticism I have would be the range hitting area needing attention. I understand that it’s an artificial turf but it’s worn and not ideal to tee the ball to hit driver. Rubber channels that hold a tee would be an improvement. Also, ball washers would be nice, on the carts or placed on the course every few holes. Otherwise, this is a great course to play for a skill level players!
