Sierra Vista Golf Center At Pueblo Del Sol

It was the first time for my husband, my son, and me at the Sierra Vista Golf Course. Jerry, the starter at the Sierra Vista golf center at Pueblo del sol Del, welcomed us with a big, beautiful smile and amusing jokes that immediately put us at ease. I want to thank him for that! We enjoyed three straight days of golfing.

Firs time playing this course in Sierra Vista and it was very pleasant surprise!

The course was in magnificent shape and the greens were some of the best I've played.

Making it even more special was the professional and friendly staff. They actually had a Course Marshal that did his job!! Pace of play was great and when we ran into a 3-some of new golfers, the Marshal had them let us play thru with minimal problems.

The price was also fantastic! $60 for all the golf you wanted to play AND an exceptional lunch at the club house.

Will play again SOON!!

I've played this course a few times now, however this time I had a 12:00 tee time.

The course didn't have any carts for my group.

we ended up waiting 45-60 minutes for a cart.

It did not seem like the course had much concern for the 10 or so people also waiting for a cart. Perhaps they will figure this occurrence and have the resources to accommodate the later in day groups.

Pueblo del sol is a great place to golf while in Sierra Vista. Newer carts, great layout, and friendly staff. The golf course cuts through a neighborhood so watch out for houses.

Wow! Really impressed. Course changed hands over the summer. New enthusiasm, great feeling. Course was in as good of condition as I’ve ever seen it. Staff happy with the changes and it shows. Well worth the drive, especially during our overseed. It was about 8-10 degrees cooler, and they do not overseed. Course is green, fairly lush, even rough filling in. Restaurant still a great deal. Will definitely go back soon!

Highly recommend the course.. Recently bought by new owbership.. hopefully they keep the course as well as it is..

Fairways and greens in very good condition, but fairways seemed wet resulting in very little roll out on drives and longer iron shots. Tee boxes in average condition. Pace of play was good but seemed to be a result of less play.

Major question remains about what transition is the course going to see as a result of the sale of course to the City of Sierra Vista, and subsequent management by Paradigm. Time will only tell..

WEATHER WAS PERFECT TEED OF AT NOON MINIMAL WIND AND 88 DEGREES. PROBABLY 10 DEGREES COOLER THAN TUCSON. STAFF WAS GREAT AND INFORMATIVE. NO PACE OF PLY ISSUES. VERY FAST GREENS, SO PUTT LITELY LOL.

OVERALL A GREAT ROUND.

Now that it’s a city course I gave it another try
