About
Crotched Mountain Golf Club is a classic Donald Ross design set against a beautiful New England backdrop in the rolling hills of New Hampshire. The course is situated at the base of a mountain, offering beautiful views of the surrounding Monadnock region. This peacefully secluded spot is breathtaking in the fall when the leaves are changing. The golf course has many unique holes that will test your skill with a variety of different shots. Mature trees line the narrow fairways and there are strategically placed bunkers flanking the greens. You will also come across the occasional water hazard. There are some challenging holes but Crotched Mountain Golf Club is a fair and playable round that will appeal to a wide range of skill levels. The practice facility at Crotched Mountain includes a driving range and two different putting greens, including one with a sand bunker for chipping practice.

Great Fun
Always a challenge. Great hills, always well maintained.
Fun course
Love the layout of this course. You need to get creative and smart off the tee. Lots of elevation/slope within the tight fairways. A hidden gem!
Great hidden gem in NH
This really is a great course. Very hilly course makes for some challenging par 3s. Always beautiful views. Never over crowed. Occasional goose poop problems on the greens near the water, but usually gets cleaned up pretty quickly. Definitely a fun friendly course!
Great Late Season Golf
Great to score a nice Golf Now deal for this course. Course is in great shape for this late in the season.
Greens excellent for this time of year.
Of course, some leaves and other skyborne stuff to deal with, but thats fall golf in New England.
Fall play
I really like this course. It's fun and scenic and not too easy. This day though was tough. So many leaves on many of the holes. You could lose a ball in the middle of the fairway. Some holes were totally clear of leaves, others you couldn't see the grass. A lot of the greens weren't even put table. I'm still hoping to be back one more time before winter hits but I'll have to get some of the cheap, re-used balls first. I've played here dozens of times and always enjoy but it's tough this time of year.

Great views in a secluded area
The course is challenging and is in good shape. The only improvements could be the tee boxes other than that it’s a great value!! Will definitely play again!

SLOW PLAY
Course was booked for morning tournament never should have scheduled right behind that group

Ok Course
Course was in decent condition. Played from the blue tees and course played tough as fairways were narrow, rough thick and deep, a lot of blind shots with sloping fairways that made it difficult to keep the ball out of the rough. Greens were small, either narrow or short which also added to the difficulty in hitting the greens in regulation. Several greens were significantly slope and very wet which made it difficult to judge the speed. Tee boxes were small, even and a bit beat up. The range was in poor condition and could not hit driver or woods.

Always worth the trip
Yeah, Crotched is off the beaten path, the road less taken and still one of the finest courses you can find. Cart paths are rocky in spots and there aren’t many level lies but tee to green, it is lush and the traps are fresh. Greens were fast, same as the practice green so warm up and hit ‘em straight. Only advice is play more irons, a short leave is better than long, left or right on this mountain.

Worth the Price
Used the golf now app booked a tee time before my kids hs golf match, so only played the front 9. Fairways are tight if you miss, your round may be long. Lots of greens protected by either water or bunkers. Overall very happy with course and would def like to play back 9, looks alot hillier.
