Course is in good shape. It hasn't rained in Memphis for 3 weeks. Fairways are getting some brown spots. Not sure if sprinklers work. Overall this is a great place to play

Course in great shape. In this hot hot stretch of no rain, the fairways still looked good. Greens in great shape. Tee boxes were hard as a rock....needed an auger to place my tee’s. Other than that, Stonebridge is in very good shape. I miss the GPS on the carts, but that’s why I carry a range finder. Food is good also.

I haven’t played at stonebridge in some many years, so wasn’t sure what to expect. What I found was the same fun layout that I enjoy. I also found many, if not all of the tee boxes very firm. To the point that it was difficult to get a tee in the ground. Same thing with a lot of the fairways. Firm. Almost hardpan to hit shots from. A little bit of water this time of year is important. Bunkers were in decent shape. Greens were a bit slower than I’m used to at a premium priced course. We played two days prior at sweetens cove. No issues. Day prior at ole miss club( further south and much warmer) no issues. My suggestions: water the course and let it grow a little. Not every one expects fast firm fairways that penalize players by running out. And move the cups more than once every two weeks. All the holes were in old locations that has seen a lot of traffic. Good fun course. Not worth premium price on the wknd. The pro shop and bar staff were great. Starter was nice and joking with us.

The course in and of itself is wonderful; greens, tee boxes, fairways, and rough are all very well maintained.

The clubhouse attendant was very welcoming and helpful.

The problem and major detractor is the Marshal. We, a group of 2, had to call the clubhouse twice to get a Marshal out to speed up the pace of play. A paid group of 4, who had 5-6 playing at times, would not let us play through because another group was ahead of them. The Marshal said there was no use and that’s how it is everywhere. Even before our encounter asking him to speed up the foursome ahead, he was extremely rude and unprofessional as the starter. I enjoy the course, just not enough to return as long as that Marshal is there.

Was really impressed with course conditions in comparison with other local courses. Very friendly staff. Pace of play could have been quicker, but this isnt an issue exclusive to Stonebridge. Overall, a great round.

This course is in fantastic shape! Fairways are immaculate! Greens are soft and if everyone would repair their ball marks, would be great!

Haven't played there in several years. Always liked playing there. The course is a lot of fun. Several holes are somewhat difficult due to the doglegs or the changes in the layout of the fairway. Greens were fast on this time out, much faster than I remember. The course winds around through a neighborhood but it works out and doesn't feel cramped at all. Several blind tee shots are required and you must drive the ball well or you will be out of position.

Course play was extremely slow. quit after 7 holes, as drove back to clubhouse, group in front was waiting also, but next group had three holes empty in front of them. marshall didn't do his job.

The course was in good shape and the staff was very friendly.

Tee’d off as a two some at 10:20 on a Tuesday. Course was not crowded at all. Played 5 holes in 40 min then the trouble began. We ran into a 4 some who would wait until group in front was off green before hitting tee shots. They would not let us play thru even though we were waiting 10 min each shot on them. They said Course is packed so no point letting us play thru. We decided to skip a hole and go around them only to find out that the course was wide open in front of them. It’s such a easy concept to let faster groups play thru yet at most public courses it’s not that way. I feel like if only the starter reminded every golfer to let faster groups play thru it will help out tremendously. Other then that great course.

This is a fun course. Holes are not boring. Conditioning superb. A little tight but fair.
