Stonebridge Golf Course
I had a lot of fun playing Stonebridge, but the one thing i was disappointed in were the layouts of the holes. It felt like many of them, maybe 5 or 6, were straight par 4s, around 350-380. This made the course boring at times. The bunkers were like concrete. They were in TERRIBLE condition. I would only play this course again if it came up on the HOT DEALS. I did love the touch screens in the carts though that kept my score and gave me distances, which were accurate. I prefer Galloway and North Creek.
Staff friendly, basic sandwiches, practice putting green is best on course; the other18 have been improved & sanded. Course weaves through residential area=some narrow fairways with lots of trees, some water holes(4). Porta-johns on course were........disgusting- need to be replaced with permanent, secure facility's Would like 2 c more player assist (marshaling) on the course. Tee boxes need to be kept neater (golfers can help pick up). Compared with a year ago-----course much improved!
Nice course in good condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. True southern hospitality.
Poor curgent condition
Back 9 was closed and front had fresh sanded greens, tee boxes need some care. These conditions should be listed at booking
Pace of play was terrible. Was crowded on a beautiful day but we were supposed to tee off at 130 but didn't actually tee off till 145 due to no starter or Marshall at #1. We finished all 18 at 650.
Golf carts were nice with GPS.
Greens were very challenging if you were above the hole.
Nice neighborhood course
I love playing this course. Well maintained, friendly staff, and close to home.
However.....
I don't like the fact you can't take your golf cart into the parking lot to load and unload your clubs. Also, the GPS goes overboard in restricting where you can drive your cart on the fairways. Very annoying.
I've started playing other courses more often because it.
Wet
The course was saturated. Water filled bunkers. It was a complete mess. Shut the course down and let it dry out. It was a miserable experience yesterday.
Good gps tech on carts...
It was slightly annoying a few times, but impressive that the carts knew the rules of the course in terms speed limit around the club house, that the carts weren't allowed in the parking lot, and that it was cart path only that day. From a course protection perspective it's nice that the carts themselves police the course. It was very accurate, so we did not run into false positives or anything.
Course management needs work
This is the first time in several years I played Stonebridge and I won't play there again. It took over 40 minutes to play the first because the pro shop allows singles and doubles to play. Of the groups in front of me i did not see a single foursome. I did however see two singles! Took over 5 hours to play on a Thursday afternoon. This is just unacceptable. I'm used to playing in under 4 hours on a crowded weekend. I won't be back.
Busy Sunday
I like Stonebridge and play it often but on a busy day like yesterday, there should be a Marshall on the course to keeping people moving. The pace of play was very slow.
Good course for intermediate players
Staff was friendly. The greens were in great condition but needed to be cut. The bunkers needed some work.
Winter Golf

Stonebridge Golf Course.
Never actually got to play this course. The person who met us st the reception was so rude and unwelcoming, we ended up going to Quail Ridge.
Customer service is lacking in this individual. Not suprising the car park was empty!
Mystic Creek Experience Stay & Play Package
We opened the course because the weather was great, 80 degrees. Sorry you didn't enjoy your round and we are trying to keep the course open on the good weather days. Thank you for your feedback.
