Course condition

The course was in great condition except for the fact that the greens had been plugged recently. Traps have been hard every time I have played it. Grass everywhere was excellent and watered perfectly. . Leaves were taken care of great. For this time of year, overall, great.

Enjoyable Layout

For the money this course is hard to beat. Ample fairways; enough challenging - but fair holes; greens are excellent to putt; well maintained; very nice staff. Every time I visit Lafayette, this is where I choose to play and there are several really nice courses in the area.

First Timer

Course was in great shape. Fairly open with mounded greens. Greens were fast but really enjoyed putting them.

Had forgotten

It has been several years since I had played this course, but it was worth the trip. All the staff were great and very helpful. I plan to return many times this year.

Underrated

This course is in my top 3. The condition on the fairways and greens were top notch. The pace of play to the joking of the Marshall at the 1st tee box was top notch. Definitely one of my favorite courses.

Course was a great value

My only issue with the course is that the bunkers are full of rocks and isn't really sand
