Staff, Course,
I always have a great time at Coyote Creek! Staff is always great!
Cart paths are terrible
I heard rumors that the cart paths would get repaired this year. They are by far the worst in the Denver area. Full of holes and bumps and terrible transitions into the grass. Grass is getting destroyed and huge ruts are forming as golfers avoid the obstacle course. It needs remedied soon. Staff is wonderful.
Family Outing
Denver courses were all booked for the time we needed on a Friday. Two were first timers to Coyote Creek, the other two were familiar with the course. We all had a tough day playing the course, but certainly not the course’s fault. The two seniors in the group got a free lunch coupon, which was unexpected. It consisted of a turkey wrap, chips, cookie and fountain drink - very nice! Course conditions were good, and play moved along efficiently. Good value for the dollars.
Greens we're in great shape. Not a lot of traffic with how hot it was. fairways still a little rough from drought of late 2021 into 2022
Not bad for the money
You get what you pay for here. Coyote creek isn’t the best but it’s not the worst course. The greens are in really good shape this year. Fairways are also pretty good compared to last year. The ranger definitely has a chip on his shoulder, but I think this place is just okay
Consistent
We’ve played Coyote Creek multiple times over the years. I find it to be in a consistent condition with really nice greens. The sand traps have been reworked and are now filled with sand. Still a few bad spots in fairways, but much better than earlier this season. The cart parking area has been paved which is nice. Hopefully the next improvements will be to the cart paths which have multiple holes which fill with irrigation water, leading people to go off the paths and create muddy ruts. Will certainly play here again.
Very friendly staff. Pace of play- we were done in 3 hrs!!!!
Thank you for playing at Coyote Creek. The cart path project is being completed in two parts. We just completed a concrete parking area at the clubhouse and will begin the asphalt replacement in the fall.
