Located in Ft. Lupton, Coyote Creek Golf Course offers 6,412 yards of golf from its longest tees with a par of 71. Matt Eccles designed the course, which features several par-5 holes. The course is challenging but it is not so intense as to be off-putting to beginning, intermediate, or high handicap golfers. The course is well-bunkered with a few doglegs. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. The well-maintained course has amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. Its quiet location guarantees a serene environment for golf and it is usually not very busy, making Coyote Creek Golf Course a popular choice for those who are fed up with crowded courses and having to make reservations far in advance.

In rough shape
I’ve been playing here for years. The city needs to invest some money into the course. The cart paths are terrible and a lot of the fairway grass has been dead for over a year.
Nice Course
We had a lot of fun here a little confusing for our first time visiting but had no pressure so all in all I highly recommend

The course was in good shape . Had fun with friends
Rain with no rain check
The course would not give us a rain check despite it raining all day. It was cold and wet yet because "the course remained open all day" they wouldn't give us a rain check. Complete BS.
Extremely slow play. Greens in excellent shape. Fairways need work.
Course better each week
Cordial staff and course is getting into great shape.Always enjoy playing at Coyote Creek Golf Course
Lots of bare spot
The fairways & a few greens have bare spots, no grass. I managed to land my ball on these bare spots a few times throughout playing 18 holes. Possibly some sod needs to be laid??
Fun course
Not that far from Thornton and my friend from Missouri REALLY enjoyed it. Thanks for a great day.
Great Greens
The greens at CC were outstanding! Best greens conditions of any course we have played this year. They were smooth, consistent and had no defects on any of them. Proof that aeration works. Still some fairway areas that need watering; bad spots have been scarified and reseeded, so should improve soon. Some paving going on around clubhouse, which will benefit cart pickup areas. Good value at this course.
Coyote Creek
Course was in good shape. The greens were nice and little firm but played really well. Pace of play was slow had to wait several times. Overall experience I would play the course again.
Greens we’re very good .The rest of the course needed sunshine and water. It’s still early in the season though.
Nice clean course
Nice clean course but could use more restrooms. There is a porta potty on the course and 1 with plumbing - makes it difficult to stay hydrated if you have nowhere to go! Overall I’d golf here again and on a clear day you’d probably get killer views.
