Home course
This is my home course and I love it! Great for all players and skill levels. The views of the mountains are awesome and the staff are all top notch, all the time!
Old course
It’s still early, but the overall shape of the grass is terrible right now. Turn on the sprinklers Coyote Creek!!! A dab of fertilizer might be good to.
Nice layout
Course was just getting open for the season . Decent layout and fun golf. Cart paths were under construction or needed new asphalt. No bathroom and just rental stalls so be aware. Greens are good and fun. Some nice interesting holes on back nine. If you are looking for good value and course that any skill level can enjoy I would recommend. Several holes need some help and tender loving care however but again it was just getting open. My second time to play . Not bad for a municipal golf course.
golf
Course is a wreck right now from lack of water, aeration and work projects. I would hit a nice drive only to be lying on dirt. Greens were recently aerated and sandy. The price for the round was very good. The conditions are to be expected this time of year. I just hope that the grass will grow in soon and the course becomes a little more challenging. I just enjoyed being out playing gold again. The price to play here is very generous for my ability.
Recently aerated course, windy, odd response at desk
We have played Coyote Creek many times and enjoyed it. We chose CC GC due to mutual convenience this time. We knew the course had been aerated recently. Given that it played reasonably. The tear inducing winds negatively affected play for the 2 ladies and one older gentleman in our group, which made them decide to stop after 9. I preferred to finish 18 I had booked this 210p time and noted the walking rates of $21/9 & $27/18. When we asked for a weather check for the back 9, they said we got the 9 hole rate/twilight rate and would not issue a weather check. Looking at the receipt, they charged us $25, not the listed $21 or $27. While we usually get very friendly service at Coyote Creek, this experience did not match our previous experiences. It makes me think about getting the rates confirmed before starting to play on iffy wind days. Still it's worth playing, just confirm plan B rates before you start.
First time
What a back drop to a round of golf. The mountains run the edge of the sky. The wind can be an issue. Overall well worth the money for a day in the sun. Greens were aerated recently and winter was just over so the grass and greens were not in good shape right now. But still had fun
