Located in Ft. Lupton, Coyote Creek Golf Course offers 6,412 yards of golf from its longest tees with a par of 71. Matt Eccles designed the course, which features several par-5 holes. The course is challenging but it is not so intense as to be off-putting to beginning, intermediate, or high handicap golfers. The course is well-bunkered with a few doglegs. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. The well-maintained course has amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. Its quiet location guarantees a serene environment for golf and it is usually not very busy, making Coyote Creek Golf Course a popular choice for those who are fed up with crowded courses and having to make reservations far in advance.

Slow!
I started with a 1pm tee time. I finished the first 9 at 3:45pm and had to have the cart back by 4:30 so clearly I didn't get a full 18 holes in.
The course was fine, wide open (some fall fairway repairs were happening) and would have been fun if not for the painfully slow pace. Some tees had three groups waiting to go.
Very rough offline
The course layout is nice, with minor elevation changes and challenging holes. The fairways and greens are in pretty good condition for early fall. There are some paved cart paths, in fairly good condition. The nonpaved cart paths and other areas are extremely rough, with lots of potholes. Wish they would just send someone out with a small dozer blade to flatten those areas and then use a roller to compact them. It's almost better to Walk this course than to ride a cart.

Relaxing Round
Play was relaxing on a beautiful day in Colorado. Course was in good shape, especially the greens. Work is underway in some fairways to improve grass conditions. Always a good value and usually not crowded on a weekday.
Golf Review
The course was in bad condition and not worth the $68 we paid. I have played there before and did not have complaints then. It's just too expensive for the course conditions at this time.
Great course
The course was great, very well kept. My golf partner had asked a grounds keeper a question about the starter and the girl said I don’t know and walked away. But she seemed new. No big deal. Would still come and play again maybe try for an evening tee time for the cost.
Some of the fairways are in bad shape ( ie. #4 ), other than that the feast of the course is great.
