Greens weren't beat up. At this time of year. That's a good thing.
Just ok
The fairways were mostly weeds instead of grass. I felt like I had to use a club down to get my normal distance. Drinking range was all weed/maybe grass combo.
Grass was long
Lost balls on n the fairway due to long grass

As soon as the courses were opened back up I penciled this course in. Not because it's a great value, or a course with great conditioning but rather it's a fair course for an early season round, fairly easy, and extremely walkable.
With the course opening up this weekend, the fairways and greens were in good shape, to be expected with such little play. The bunkers appeared to not have been raked all season and were a little compacted so we played as lift clean and place or free lateral drops. Can't fault this based on the rules and most of the summer time the bunkers are in much better shape. That was the only conditioning downside. I was pleasantly surprised having played many rounds there I knew it can get a little muddy and wet on a few fairways. This was not the case on this day. Even a few fairways that seem to always be wet were walkable allowing the shoes to stay fairly dry throughout the day.
The first nine is the better of the two 9's with a wide variety of holes and teeing grounds. Reachable par 5's, a drivable 4 and some long 3's give you everything you need. If just playing nine, make sure its the front. The back is laid out like a typical parkland course, pretty straight back and forth routing making it feel similar holes on repeat.
Overall great for a quick round and a nice place to play with friends of varying skill levels. A nice public course that gives off the public course vibes. Conditions will not blow anyone away but at the price point you know what to expect.

Greens were still in excellent shape.
Course layout is still wonderful, back nine is really nice.

my 1st time playing the course. Course was wet but we had rain for a few days prior to playing so every course was wet. Beer Cart girl was seen 5 times thru 18 holes, can’t ask for any better. Also shot a career best 80. Would go back again
