Tough Layout
Very tough layout. Small fairways, lots of places to tuck a pin. Course was in good condition, but still sees a lot of rounds per week.

Challenging in the wind
This course is challenging without wind. There are several blind driving holes and some holes are relatively narrow. The rough can get pretty ugly if you wind up in the gorse. The greens are in good condition overall and better than most municipall courses. The one major negative is that there is no driving range.
Had lunch before our round and the food was surprisingly good. Had the meatball parmigiana hero and my son had the turkey club that was made with fresh roasted turkey. Beers on tap were great and the bar service couldn't be better.

Breathe taking views
Went there with a friend for the first time and played 18 holes. Courteous super friendly staff. The greens were firm. Nothing but good things to say about this course will definitely be back.

Not worth the money
The course isn’t what it used to be. Greens are not in good shape. Fairways are full of divots. All around a pretty upsetting round. I’d play any other county course before coming back

Great course, not so great pace
Played here many times. Issues yesterday was pace of play. There is no real starter, no rangers patrolling the course and pace. The cart person went in at 6. The sun sets after 8 and it was a holiday weekend. Also the greens are a mess with ball marks as no one fixes and there is no signage or prompts. We played the front 9 twice because had we stayed to play back 9 never would have finished.

Hudson Hills
Pace of play was really slow due to the challenge of the course. Several blind shots and confusing layout had players on the wrong holes. It’s a challenging course so better players advised.

Tough course but nice
Not a beginners course. Many blind shots and weird green locations make it a challenging round.

Worth it but nothing special
I would go back to play but it wouldn’t be my first choice. A few decent views but some very awkward layouts with blind shots. Tight and challenging course. All other golfers were very pleasant and friendly. Starter was typical NY a hole who acted displeased you showed up. Everyone else was welcoming. Worth playing once for sure!

Great shots rewarded, bad shot not so much
Got hooked up with three great guys from NY and had a lot of fun being showed around the course. Some strange shots off the tees but a fair challenge. Great layout and views. Worth the trip.
