course wasnt in great condition, the green was patchy and lots of turf missing.

The greens are nearly there! Pretty good tight track with enough bunkers to keep you sane. Fairways are great and the walk is easy.

Teed off at 8am on a Sunday. Pace of play was perfect as it wasn't busy. Nice long holes and some good par 3s. Quite a long walk between tee boxes and a long course overall that winds through out the suburb. Tee boxes were a bit rough but greens played consistant. Could do with some work around the cuts but it wasn't too bad.

Most the fairways are pretty average in winter. Not a lot of growth and lots of bare patches. Seems to be a few holes under repair too. Seems there is ongoing renovation.

Plenty of trees to make this a slight challenge if you don’t hit straight all the time.

The greens are quite dense and the grass hardly grows in this winter. Difficult to judge pace as it can roll away easily.

Overall, a bit disappointed.

Booked $25 AUD per player, but paid $40 at course.

The reason of different of price could be the date of play is on public holiday I guess.

There was no explanation.

If I realise I need to pay $40 when I booked online, I will not play there.

Not hugely challenging but that was good for a change. Generous fairways, greens in top condition with a really nice pace. Bunker sand in great condition. Paths around tee boxes and the edge of some fairways a bit scrappy. Staff very friendly. Would play again.
