Well-designed course,
Well-designed course, wish to play in a better course condition.
The course was wet and pretty muddy after almost whole month raining and rainstorm in the past few days. Staffs were friendly. Highly recommended.
Excellent all round
Will definitely be returning, extremely friendly and welcoming staff unlike quite a lot of courses. Challenging course but fun. Plenty hazards, OB, bunkers and twists and turns on the course to make it an all round challenging but real championship course feel.
Great course - fairways very dry, firm and fast
Twin Creeks is a beautiful and challenging course.
With the recent lack of rain, the fairways were very dry and sparse in some areas with a lot of bounce, which could - in equal measures - be hugely advantageous or utterly disastrous! The greens were in excellent condition, and not particularly fast, in relation to the condition of the fairways.
The pace of play was slow, probably due to it being Christmas Eve, with a lot of social players taking their own sweet time.
Flies can be a bit of a nuisance, so take your insect repellent and keep your mouth closed when not required to be open - they're not especially appetising!
Shame about the carts
Twin Lakes Golf Course offers a decent golfing experience with some upsides and significant areas for improvement. The parcourse itself is well-maintained. The fairways are lush and in excellent condition, making for an enjoyable round. The greens were also impressive, rolling true, which adds a nice challenge. However, the bunkers were a disappointment—poorly kept and inconsistent, detracting from the overall experience.
What really soured the day was the lack of organization and amenities. I was extremely disappointed to find no golf carts available upon arrival, despite there being 10 carts visibly parked out front. At the turn, there were even more—14 carts sitting idle near the clubhouse. When I asked, I was told they were all booked, yet it was evident this was not the case. To make matters worse, you can’t pre-book carts online, which seems like a major flaw in their system. The booking process needs to be overhauled to prevent this sort of frustration for players.
Additionally, I was unable to use my GolfNow credit at the parcourse. This felt like a joke—if the club partners with GolfNow, they should ensure it works smoothly for customers.
The final blow to an already underwhelming experience was the restaurant and bar closing at 4 pm. What kind of golf club shuts its amenities so early? After finishing a round, most players look forward to relaxing with a drink or meal, but at Twin Lakes, this isn’t an option.
While the parcourse conditions were mostly good, the disorganization with carts and lack of post-round amenities left a bad taste. Twin Lakes Golf Course has potential, but until they sort out their booking system and improve their customer service, I can’t recommend it wholeheartedly.
Great Day at Twin Creeks
The service from the lady at the Pro Shop was friendly and accommodating allowing me to tee off a little bit early. The course fairways are in magnificent condition with great run and the course has plenty of bunkers. The only issue is that the bunkers are a little inconsistent with some being dry and shallow and some with too much soft sand. Shouldn’t be in the bunkers in the first place anyway! Overall a great experience on a Tuesday afternoon with no delays in play. If it is not the great look of the course you can be easily distracted by the huge houses and lawns that surround the course…a very enjoyable experience.
Great course
Great course, only slight letdown were the bunkers were basically like playing in mush but the layout was amazing.
Disappointed as the course didn’t have my booking so it was lucky I was able to get on in the end
