Challenging, beautiful public access course.
Impressive council owned public access course with beautiful views over the Ku-ring-Gai Chase national park. The two 9s are quite different in design and feel. The original course ( back 9) is a traditional parkland course with large eucalypt trees lining the fairways. The ‘new’ front 9 is more exciting with open undulating fairways of Santa Ana couch and smooth expansive green complexes. Holes 4-7 are framed with a superb vistas whilst playing along the top of the escarpment overlooking the park. The course has some quite challenging holes and wayward shots can be punished severely. The course is a good test for golfers of all levels and overall is very well maintained. Recommended.
