Very rough and dry
Rain desperately needed. Fairways and greens in below average condition. Course needs work and new buggies with Li batteries
Unkept course
Was charged $75 greenfee, $20 comp fee, to play on a course where the greens were uncut, every green laden with duck droppings and heavy dew that made putting impossible. If that is your standard, then inform your guests, so they can make the choice. I will never play there again.
Pairs game with a beginner golfer
Course was in good condition. Nice tees, nicely cut firm greens. Fairways still a bit hard but the downhills gave a generous run on.
Was a bit difficult with a beginner player as we had to let so many groups play through but is a lovely treed course and staff were friendly and helpful.
Challenging
First time playing the course and couldn't be more impressed with the layout and conditioning. The course is quite challenging with smallish greens but overall it was fantastic value for money.
