Beautiful course, challenging but not too difficult. Good bunkering which catches errant or wrong distance shots. Fairly generous fairways beautifully grassed. Good mix of different length holes. Slight doglegs which offer sheltered greens and fairways rather than right angles. Plenty of timber without being a forest, thick rough without being obscene. If you get into trouble you generally can shape or manufacturer some sort of recovery rather than the ball being dead. Most greens and long and narrow but at different angles to the tees and fairways. The greens are generally pretty slick and roll true. Good challenging course without being overwhelming.
