Front Nine is a great layout
Fairways are in terrible condition
Basically playing on mud
Cart paths are full of potholes and are dangerous
Back nine still in poor condition
Greens are. Great
Overall it is not worth the money 100 would be about its true value
We have played there many times but we will not return

well laid out course . Fairway and green quality was great and well maintained . Infrastructure around the course and the condition of the pathways is shocking
Great - fantastic challenge
It’s a course that held 10 Australian PGAs, it’s a fantastic challenge and the course is in brilliant condition
Still one of the best courses in Australia
They've spent a lot of money renovating this course back to hat it was some years ago when the PGA was played here. Fairways and greens were very good. Paths need attention and amenities are good but average. Could do with an extra bathroon or tweo
Course and greens in great condition. Paths/surrounds in really bad.
Very sad to see what was once Australia's premier/only true Resort reduced to what it is now. There appears to be a lot of work being done on some of the Villas which is positive sign.
Great Condition, Challenging Layout
Overall very good experience. Course was very quiet on a weekday and as a solo in a cart finished in a blistering time. Green conditions were very good, bunkers were in great condition.
Challenging layout that requires you to be fairly accurate off the tee but typically the holes are not overly long. Range was in good condition with plenty of grass to hit off. Decent practice green.
Very Impressed. Haven't played here in a while, but they definitely upped there game, will be back soon.

Found the course very good greens and fairways good. Bunkers raked
