Friendly course
Course was playing great. Staff are super friendly and helpful. A very relaxing pace of play. Amenities were good. I would recommend this Golf course to any of my friends. I look forward to the playing another social game of golf at this delightful, hidden gem located at Yorkeys Knob😊
We enjoy this course so much. Realise you have had so much rain amazing how well the course has come through. There were quite a few bac greens but that will be fixed with time.💕
My go-to golf club while visiting Palm Cove QLD AU
Very helpful pro shop and relaxing environment! Couldn't be nicer to a single female player traveling with my own clubs for 18 holes of golf with "buggy". Nice facility. Course had good drainage for the most part from the rain showers every day while staying in May 2024. Lost a few balls in the swamp areas where gator signs were posted! Hole locations were clearly posted on the cart paths and not too confusing for visiting golfers. Very enjoyable and went back to play several other days. They do have event functions for the locals on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays, so call ahead to check on tee times, or book on GolfNow, which made it so easy.
Half Moon Bay is awesome
Great golf course in FNQ with challenging par 3’s and beautiful scenic views.. Saša in the pro shop was fantastic and friendly.
Average at best
Greens are very poor, slow, bumpy and multiple grass types. Tee areas uneven and too thick. Need urgent and regular mowing. Many trees look to have grown over fairway areas inhibiting the line of play. 17th a key example. Needs a greater focus on basic course maintenance.
Great little test of golf
This is a little gem of a course that was a lot of fun to play.
Make sure you make use of the QR codes on each tee that gives you advice on how to play each hole.
It's not long but a little tight on some holes and the greens are quite small but what you would expect for the length of hole.
Some great views to be enjoyed on the way round.
This will test every aspect of your game at some point.
Friendly staff and members made for a good day
Tight and challenging course
This is an 18 hole course relatively difficult for the long hitters as it is tight with many out of bounds and water hazards, very picturesque with some views of the ocean. At the end of your round you can feel elated and sometimes frustrated but overall a great day out.
