About
Colts Neck Golf Club is one of central New Jersey's most popular courses. The diverse course offers everything from Scottish-style bunkers to sparkling lakes. Tall golden fescue rough borders the fairways and the greens are large and undulating. The course is seemingly short at only 6,236 yards but it shouldn't be taken lightly. It's much more challenging than it appears. The layout finishes with two of its toughest holes. The 17th has a tough green fiercely guarded by out-of-bounds and the course saved the most difficult hole for last. This par 3 will test even the most seasoned golfers. In addition to the golf course, Colts Neck also has a 25-station driving range that stays open late. It's a great spot for getting in some practice after work.

Nice Course
Great course. A little pricey but worth it. For non members there could be some better signage between holes
Solid golf course
Very solid golf course with a lot of variety in the layout. Not super challenging but had some difficult holes and was in fantastic shape. The greens were rolling at a country club quality and were some of the better greens I've putted on this year.
A++ staff makes for a great experience
First time playing Colts Neck and we will be back. Saturday round for $80? No-brainer! Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is. They kept the large crowd moving, we were done in a little over 4 hours. Nice range and putting area too. This is a club, so members of the public can’t be served alcohol. Only members and guests, so don’t give the cart girl any grief. Huddy’s Is around the corner and they will buy your second beer if you bring your scorecard. Enjoy!

The GolfNow app introduces me to golf courses that I would normally not play and at the end of the day, those courses ended up being better value.
Short Course with Challenge
An interesting mix of holes, while short in length plays longer than stated yardage. The defense of the hikes are the greens which are undulating and fast
Def reccomend
Didn’t really expect too much of the green conditions during the month of march but it was excellent!! Booked again After follong week. Few greens are in repair condition but still fair enought to play.
Spectacular
Very surprised to find the course in great condition this early in the season. Very fun layout with fairways and greens in fantastic shape. Hit your driver well and you will be rewarded. Challenging bunker placement on certain holes. Forces you to use every club in the bag. Only complaint is the tee box grounds being a bit uneven. Will return.
Did not know when booking that they had temporarily greens and tee boxes. Also cart path only. Did not seem to warrant cart path only.

Always enjoy this course but GN didn’t disclose that EVERY HOLE AND TEE BOX was a temporary!!! Not a real round of golf. Dint even finish on this beautiful day in Feb so u know conditions n pace was poor!
Don’t play during the winter
We were really looking forward to playing this course after reading all the great reviews. We were quickly disappointed as all the tee boxes and green were temporary. And there was only one tee box per hole, no back, coward or seniors. Course is really getting chewed up with these temps. Looks like a really nice course to play during the season but extremely disappointing during the winter months.

For December incredible shape. Greens consistent fairways very nice. Guys out there working all day. The sand traps were even. perfect!!!!

Wow. The course was in Terrific shape. Greens were fast but true. Fairways were also excellent. Even the sand traps were groomed!!!!!
Got a Hot Deal on golf now. Well Worth the money. Staff out there working as well as Head man of the crew working!!!
