Swamp
Can't believe they actually opened the course due to horrendous conditions. Standing water EVERYWHERE. Cart paths were impassible as well. When the greens are soaked this is NOT good for play. They recut the holes and left the former holes open??? I have NEVER seen that! The third hole has zero grass to tee off, you're standing on the edge of the pond to hit. Same thing at the next par 3. They have a SERIOUS drainage problem that merits some course work. Don't play here unless it's the dead of summer and it hasn't rained in a week. Starter was very good and got us out as a twosome. The course owners need a lesson in course management and need to understand that you need to spend some funds on course upkeep, it's not just cutting the grass. Worst cart path conditions ever, they're going to cut the life of their carts in half.

Small Pebbles On The Green
Don't know what happened but every green had small pebbles on them. It made it impossible to putt. I play here often and this is the first time I've ever seen this at this course. Hopefully they'll clean that up soon.

Wait for Summer
The greens were fertilized so it was impossible to put, and the tea boxes were all the way at the forward tees. Not the best condition at all, not even for the money.

Good value
They had fertilized the greens so, it was a challenge to putt. All the tees were Forward because they we're working on the regular tees. Other then that it is was a great round of golf. I've played this course for over 10 years now so I can put up with the maintenance issues. This is a good course a good value for the dollar and the 19th hole is one of the nicest and friendliest around. If you never played this course your missing out.

Decent course at a decent price
Not bad. 30 bux with cart. Course was in decent shape for coming out of winter. Alot of people on the course yet the pace of play was fine. Tees were a bit beat up and swampy.
