SkyView Golf Club

Unpleasant experience for me at SkyView. Conditions are pretty good, but some wacky holes that are borderline unplayable. Pro shop attendant was kind, and I breezed through the first 8 or so holes, and then came upon a 7-some holding up the entire course, drinking and having a grand ole time while paying golfers behind them waited tens of minutes for every shot. Went to the pro shop to inquire but it was closed for the day. I tried to skip ahead of them but ran into a 5-some also taking their time. Madness. Should have easily got in 18 holes as I teed off 4 hours and 15 min before sunset, but couldn’t cause of the clown show. Won’t go back.

First time trying SkyView this year. We started on time with no issues until we got to the 4th hole. There were 3 groups in front of us waiting to tee off. We waited over 30 minutes to tee off. We called the pro shop and they blamed it on frost delay. That's bogus as they should have delayed our start time if that was the case. For $105, the least a course can do is police pace of play.

Additionally, half the tee boxes were chewed up. Greens were in good shape. Bunkers ok for November. Staff is friendly and helpful.

But given the expensive green fees, I doubt we'll come back. A shame as it's a challenging, fun course otherwise.

It used to be a golf course I liked. However, the prices have gone up too much, the fairways and tee box are in terrible condition, and the slow play by golfers lacking basic skills was disappointing. I didn’t see any rangers or beverage carts. The green speed, though, is good.

Skyview did not disappoint. It's an absolute gem of a golf course. Cannot wait to go back!

First time there. The course is very well maintained. Staff is very friendly. A somewhat challenging (but fair) layout carved out of a mountainside. We commented frequently on how difficult it must have been to create it. Lots of hills, elevation changes and rocky outcrops. Greens were average speed, but it looks like they might have been treated recently. Beautiful views everywhere. Hard to not take out a camera to record some of them. I"ll be back. ps. No one is walking this layout.....

Not sure why there was a 5-some allowed to play but they were terrible. Took my 4-some 3 hours to play front 9. Course is also way over priced

Played as a single on Saturday at 1:00 and I might have been the only on the course. Stunning beautiful views in every hole. Front 9 super challenging but back 9 opens up nice. 110 bucks is steep but what a treat. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Skyview is a beautiful scenic course with a number of hokey holes. The 4th hole 3 blind shots and no ranger cart path only hole that backs up the course early.The day I played a weekday was a 4hr 50 minute round with 200 golfers!!! Tee times are too close tough holes and no ranger(s) you're waiting to tee off EVERY hole no rhythm no tempo.

I selected yes about recommending the course to a friend because of the beauty and scenery however absolutely not to a golfer that most of the time doesn't hit it

Went early had a good time and played decent. Starter and Pro Shop guys were ABOVE average . . . Course was in fantastic shape and just recently mowed so we were happy. Would come back.
