Todd Creek Golf Club
About
Arthur Hills designed the 18-hole golf course at the semi-private Todd Creek Golf Club (previously known as Heritage Todd Creek Golf Club). Opened in 2007, the golf course is 7,435 yards from its championship tees. Nestled near the Rocky Mountains, Hills used the natural landscape to create an exceptional course. Native grasses and wetlands make up the course's rolling terrain, which undergoes several changes in elevation. A creek also creates water hazards on the course while adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Undulating fairways and strategically placed bunkers also add interest to Todd Creek Golf Club. Golfers can enjoy spectacular views of the Rockies while playing this challenging, but fun course.

Pin flags are wind socks.... blowin' in the wind. Photo submitted by Sam Sherstad on 07/24/2013
Fun and challenging
Course was in great shape for early March. Need Rangers on the course. A twosome in front of my wife and I were so slow that the round took 5 hours. There was nobody in front of them. Otherwise it was a great time.
A Perfect February Day
Ideal conditions and course in great shape for winter. Greens especially in great shape.
Winter golf
For winter golf, the greens were in good condition.
Not good for winter carts
I have never liked to drop off clubs at a designated spot, instead of being able to drive the cart to the car. I am disabled and my friends are 60 plus years old. Their cart policy was to keep on path. They did not share this until we arrived. The course was dry and I feel they could have used 90 degree rule. Any way, after 9 my friends hip was hurting so he went in the Pro Shop and asked for a handicapped sign or at least permission to use 90 degree. They were condescending and said no way are we going to let people destroy our grass. We will not return until a cart is a positive instead of having to walk.
Todd creek - a Fun course worth the drive
Always in great condition. A fun , challenging test of golf
This course has no memorable holes
Tee time was 1:30 on Friday 10/16. Took almost 2 1/2 hours to play the front nine. Hoping that a few groups were just playing 9 and that we could play the back nine quicker, we went on. Took an hour and a half to play 5 holes. We went in thinking we could play a few holes on the front. The 1st tee was busy so we played 10 & 11 and drove back in.
Course was in fair condition, greens were fast but had ball marks all over. (And they give away repair tools).
To many other courses to try before we are willing to return to Todd Creek.

Great course, great deal, a treat to play!
This is a terrific course recommended to me by a neighbor and a friend. The complementary range balls were a very nice touch. The course plays long (gold). You'll probably want an electric cart unless it's empty that day. GPS on the carts make it worth it! The traps make for challenging escapes. Oddly, the course if fairly forgiving for left/right imperfections, we only lost a ball apiece. The greens are QUITE tricky, fast, and devious. #1 has lots of houses on the right, but missing left will be undesireable. #8 is reachable in 2, but don't miss into the sand, it's a tough escape. #14 is tough to play in 2, as you'll fly blind over the hill. There's a fox living out there. #15 is ~240 to the reeds. Layup unless you fly 280. Ladies will need to layup on their tee offs & some loft on their 2nd shots. #18 is really pretty, think baby draws.Enjoy!
Todd Creek does it right
Course was in great condition, check in took all of a minute and the carts/GPS is what every course should have. Can't beat the rates. Ian at the bar is the MAN! Make sure you stop in the clubhouse to have a drink during their happy hour!
Love the course but very slow, no Marshall to speed play.
Great company & the course was good, but very slow play!!
Terrible
Don't waste your money. Course is not even close to a 4 star. Workers look sloppy. Course in bad shape
Todd Creek - 1st Visit
The course was excellent, the staff friendly and very helpful. Course is long and has very challenging greens. Not many trees, so could get ugly on windy days. Bunkers were in good shape with a few exceptions. I'll go back!
Nice course, but....
In a nut shell.
The layout was great.
The fairways were perfect.
Tee boxes were as nice as the greens.
Played from the black tees somewhat challenging.
The greens were healthy but very hard to read and fast. Pin placements were always on a crest.
Bunkers were hardpan. Not all, but most I found were. I found myself playing them as if I were on concrete. Could have saved 10+ strokes if traps were maintained better.
Stay out of the native grass. Lucky if you can find the ball little lone hit out of it. NOT a negative, just some advise.
Pace of play was fine but it does take a little longer than average to get around on this course.
The sunset was unreal.
Great time
Course was in great shape, just loved it. Enjoyed all the bunkers, it really made you think on course management.
Well worth playing
Great course for intermediate and up. Fairly difficult. Several long par 4's. Well maintained all around.
nice midweek round
course was in good shape. there seemed to be a lot of construction on and office the course.
I would recommend playing this course.
My ONLY round at Todd Creek!
Played as a single with a nice twosome. Foursome in front of us teed off from black tees. Took several minutes to figure out how to play " Lone Wolf". Proceeded to hit EIGHT BALLS off of first tee,the two best which were not more than 150 yards! The starter looked at me and said that didn't look good. I said no,and they'd hit EIGHT BALLS FROM THERE. He responds " sounds like it's going to be a long round. That it! Nothing else was done about. We waited on 95% of our shots for the entire round.i wish I had taken picture ,as one or more players was in the rough on every hole! No marshal. That was a FIVE PLUS HOUR ROUND!! I will never play Todd Creek again. Sadly some golfers won't get this and say good we don't need you anway. I played Deer Creed the morning before as a twosome in 2:45 minutes with a 6:30 tee time 18 holes. Yet I still don't get the difference
tough greens to hit
This course has multiple tees so choose the one that fits your game. Back tees are very challenging and there are many greens that are hard to hit in regulation. Firm greens with tucked pin positions makes this golf course tougher than the average course. They had a good deal at twilight for $25 with cart.
First time playing
Course was in good shape. Disappointing that the range was closed for mowing. Staff seemed to be too busy with members and showed little interest in new customers.
Great conditions
Great day. Great course. Free range balls. Beautiful holes. Its going be very nice in a few years when the trees mature! Fast greens beware;) Well worth the $$$ and way better conditions then colorado national!!
A Hidden Gem
I don't normally write reviews online, however, Todd Creek was a great course. For the money it is very upscale with all the amenities you could ask for. Sometimes when you purchase something online for much less than market rate (like hotel rooms) you get the feeling they are doing you a favor when you show up. I have to say the gentleman in the clubhouse was great, told me what I needed to know, and was very pleasant. Impressed, hope this great review doesn't create a bunch of competition for me and those great rates!
