Hidden gem
Don't let appearances as you enter full u. The course is wonderful. In great condition. Lush fairways and fast greens. An unexpected pleasant surprise.
One of PA’s best
Got a hot deal and paid 27 for a round here. At that price for what this course offers, you would be crazy not to take it. From teeboxes to fairways to greens, jack frost is truly a special track
Tough day for pace of play
Played here many times and always enjoy. But yesterday was tough. Late afternoon tee time and it was so backed up it took 3 hours and 15 minutes for 9 holes. No way to finish 18. No credit or apologies or anything. I knew it would be slow but not that slow.
Great course
Everything was perfect from the time we checked in. Carts were ready and our tee time was right on. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent Course and incredible value
Beautiful and challenging course in very good condition. My only criticism is the sand traps need work.
Greens
These were some of the biggest and fastest greens I have ever played. The course was in fantastic shape. We will definitely play here again.
Hot and humid
It was raining when we arrived, and it sprinkled occasionally throughout our round, with a bit sun, temps in the high 80s, so very hot and humid! The course had 2” of rain in the past day or so and many spots were soggy (bunkers were unplayable). Considering, the course was in very good shape, nice fairways (not burned out) and the greens fast. It was challenging and beautiful; hard to find a flat lie/stance. Overall, we had a great time. It would be nice to come back in the autumn. All of the staff were very nice, pro shop, kids taking care of the carts, and staff at the bar in the pavilion.
Haven't played here in a while but it did not disappoint. Course was in excellent condition. The day we were there a tournament was finishing up. Excellent quality for the GolfNow discount. Doesn't get any better. Course was crowded but pace of play was appropriate.
Quality Pocono's Golf
This is a great course, in good condition, especially for a public course. There is a great variety of holes, with large elevation changes and strong doglegs to challenge the average golfer.
