About
There are 27 holes of championship golf available at Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club. They are divided into three nines, naturally named Blue, Ridge and Trail, that are played in different 18-hole combinations. The holes have an advantageous setting amidst mountains and trees, offering both privacy and scenery. The setting is made even more peacefully secluded by the fact that there are no parallel fairways throughout the entire golf course. The holes were carefully carved from the forests and hillsides, providing each nine with a different character. With four water holes, the Ridge/Trail combination has the most water of any of the courses. There are also strategically placed bunkers throughout but the towering, mature trees present the most formidable challenges. The course starts off rather gently with the player-friendly Ridge, but becomes progressively more difficult on the back nine.

Great course!
The course is very playable for the average once a week golfer but can also be interesting for the low handicapper from the farther tees. The course is kept in great shape despite the hot dry weather.
Nice course, but got stuck behind a foursome playing slowly
Nice course as always, but due to weather, it was cartpath only and the folks in front of us insisted on looking quite a long time for each ball they hit in the woods. I felt the starter could’ve put us on one of the other nine hole legs rather than behind the people he did. Five hours for a round of 18 holes.
Best course in NEPA and not close
Best value, best course, best vibes. No course comes close to this in NEPA
Great golf course!
A staff member brings the golf cart to your car as you are unloading your bag. No walking to the bag drop! Unfortunately, they were still aerating the greens of the Ridge nine, so, only 18 holes were playable and the round took 4 hours and 45 minutes to complete. The course is very popular and there were a lot of players for a Monday but it was well worth it. I’m definitely going to play here regularly.
A wonderful experience every time!
Great course and excellent staff. Unfortunately, pace of play was slow because they are still aerating the greens of the Trail nine, so, only 18 out of the 27 holes are open. However, I’m looking forward to playing agian in a couple of weeks when the greens will be beautiful.
Wonderful Course
Excellent fairways, even the uncut portions were in good shape and playable! Greens in the Trail Nine were super fast and challenging. The greens of the Blue Nine had just been aerated and were still a bit slow. Unfortunately, the Ridge Nine was not yet open so the pace of play was a bit slow because there were many players even though it was a Monday. A lot were taking advantage of the good weather.
Best Public Course in NEPA
Best course I've played for the money in quite a few years.

This course was in amazing condition for March. Greens speed was like. a July tournament
