Rough Conditions
Tee boxes and fairways are in terrible shape. But got right out and pace was great and staff is super nice.
Very friendly stuff
Greens are very slow and Fairways need improvement! Value for the money is still good.
Very friendly stuff, members and a great bar!
Worst Course Ever
This is the worst course I have played since 1994!! There is not one redeeming quality about it. The "driving range" has about 3 blades of grass TOTAL and you hit into and unmarked pond. There are virtually no hole signs or signage at all to tell you what direction to go and some holes have no signs at all. I wouldn't play here if I was paid to do it.
Greens
The golf course was good but the greens were like chaggy carpet
By great time
The course could use a little work but overall was a good round will be playing next week
Condition Sub Par
Started with a golf cart that had duct tape on the seat and the cart would brake without apply the brakes. Course was in poor condition with grass beiing sparse and more sand and bare patches throughout the course. Not worth your $$$ or your time.
Very Enjoyable
Over from the UK & first time at this course………we will go back.
The most outstanding element were the greens, they were a pleasure to putt on which always make a round better if the greens are good.
We liked the layout and the scenery & we are guessing that the weather has affected parts of the course that looked patchy but this didn’t spoil our time.
All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and best of all, a pint of Stella for only $3 😮
Could be better
The course is dried up with no rain. The greens are ok. But how in the world could they let a group of 7 play together? They went out on the back 9 in front of us as we finished 9 holes and were all over the place. This caused us delays and uncertainty where they were. We reported it to the starter and basically ignored us.
The course was in good condition for this time of year.
First time at Pines
Cow patch. Lots of crab grass in fairway and on greens. Many shots were blind to hidden water not marked anywhere. Beer was cheap, however, and a friendly staff. Could not find the course on my Bushnell gps range finder. But cheap, about $100 for two for 18 plus a cart. Good to just get a practice round in.
