Beautiful
Beautiful vistas, fast greens in great shape, fairways cut beautifully. Only negative: first cut too deep. Shouldn't have to search for a ball (or lose one) one foot off the fairway even if you know almost exactly where it landed.
Morning round
I love the layout of this course. I especially like to play here in the early morning. The views are often spectacular. The course itself is challenging for the average hacker, though seniors and ladies are given (to my mind) far too much of a break. Greens were very quick (a plus); hole locations were often challenging. Fairways were beautiful, but first cut was a little high. One shouldn't have to spend 3-5 minutes looking for a ball in the first cut when he/she knows fairly accurately where the ball ended up. The sand traps need more sand and more care.
Almost always in great shape
This course has a few very challenging holes and a couple that are fun. The course has a Par 70 so it trades a Par 5 for a Par 3. For the most part the course forgives errant shots with few water holes or holes with adjoining forest. My playing partner is a big fan of this course. The view of the 1st and 18th holes from the lounge deck makes for a nice relaxing post round experience.
First time playing but won't be my last
Excellent course. I saw a great deal on Golf Now and took a chance. No complaints at all, shot well too. Can't comment on anything but the course though. Showed up for my cart and headed out and left soon after finishing up the 18th. Would recommend and would go back.
Great golf course!
Glengarry Golf Course is a wonderful open challenging course. Every hole has a different challenge but not overwhelming! Great course for experienced golfers and for new beginners. The fairways are very well kept and the greens are plush! If you haven't played it lately you need too!

Everything that was promised
Little nervous on the first tee, right in front of clubhouse! Course was great - a little slow- to be expected midmorning on a Sunday.
Challenging for daughter and her husband - new to the game.

Very well maintained course
Truly enjoyed playing. The fairways were cut low and the rough was challenging. As the first group out can't really comment on pace of play. Also, the greens were superb. Smooth and the ball rolled very nicely. Definitely worth the drive!
Play the Tips for a Challenge
Course was in great shape. Pace of play was also very good. There is a substantial difference between playing the tips and playing the white tees. I recommend the tips! It's a different course when playing back.
Can't Go Wrong
If you live or visit the Greensburg, PA. area; you will have to put this course on your list. Look for deals on GolfNow.com. A wide open course that is very well kept. This used to be a links style course so no fairway bunkers to be found except on #16. The food is good in the restaurant too.
Great course ... Painfully slow
Everything was great except the 10-15 min wait on every hole after the front 9
Hilly Challenge
Coming from a relatively flat area, this was a rue challenge for me.
Course needs a haircut
Beautiful vistas but fairways and greens way too long as was the ruff making it very difficult to find balls . Might have caught them on a wet week , but I don't know .
Well maintained greens
Course in very good condition, I had not played there in years. Off fairway grasses have been trimmed speeding play. A few holes are deceiving to the eye due to lack of trees or structure but overall good experience.
