Great course
We really enjoyed playing at Glenview. The staff was friendly from the pro shop to the starter and everyone we met. There was nobody in front of us or behind us so we could play at our own pace. We loved that. The course was clean. There was even a food and beverage cart that came around. The only suggestion that I would make is to have more yardage markers. It was often difficult to figure our how far away from the hole we were. We will be back!
Local golfer disappointed
The employee at registration had the typical golf shop attitude like I was bothering him. This seems to be a theme regardless of the course. If I was evaluating the help, he would be removed immediately.
The fairways were in great shape however, the greens were not good. The 4 of us did not have 1 put to roll pure. I’d rate the greens, 3-4 out of 10. My sons was visiting from Washington and was excited to play with him. Unfortunately we played there, we should have selected another course,

Winter Golf
For it being mi March, the course was in solid condition. There are still perforation marks on the greens. But, once again, it’s March. This course will be prime before we know it.

Winter
Glenview has always been one of my favorite courses. It typically is in great shape. However, it’s winter. The course is not in premium shape, but that’s too expected. I love famous course and play it in the summer spring more.

Wasn’t able to play a full round
We played for 3 hours and 45 minutes and only made it through 13 holes!! There was no one to keep the pace of play up and when we drove back to the clubhouse (giving up playing the last 5 holes, the group in front of us was an entire hole behind!!). The price was right for 18 holes, not 13!!!

Heads-up on aeration would be nice
Just wish I could get a heads-up when aeration is happening.

CONSISTENT GLENVIEW
As always, great course conditions despite recent rain (allowing for "carts-off-the-path"), staff recognizes me and the people Glenview pairs me with are both respectful and fun to share a round of golf.
