About
The Legends of Massillon consistently ranks as one of the top public golf courses in Ohio. The club has 27 holes of championship golf that is divided into three different nines called East, North, and South. The nines can be played in different 18-hole combinations though they all share heavy smattering of bunkers and water hazards. More than 80 bunkers are strategically placed throughout the 27 holes and water comes into play on 22 of them. Originally opened as an 18-hole golf course, another nine holes were added. Each nine consists of six holes from the original course and three new ones. The South/North combination has greens that are large and inviting and there are four different sets of tees. Players of all skill levels will find a round that suits them.

I love to play this course with 3 different course layouts it makes for a pretty good challenge.
A Northeast Ohio gem
We played the South course and I was impressed by the layout and the condition of the course. Some challenging holes and bunkers/water hazards. Hole number nine is great! Many of the holes have a certain eye appeal not usually found on a municipal course. The price for seniors is very appealing as are the the regular rates. Practice facilities are well thought out. Lunch was great tasting and the staff throughout the clubhouse were pleasant.
Definitely going to make this a frequent stop.

Great course for the value. Greens were in great condition. Course built in to the landscape well. Challenging, but fun!

My son and I love this course and it is always immaculate and challenging. However on Sunday June 3rd, we got rained out!

A nice public course, but nothing outstanding
Have played here a few times, played North and South courses today.. A few good holes ( #9 on the North is a nice par 5). However, nothing really jumps out at you as something different or unusual. This is a fine public course, getting a good hot deal rate was nice as well.

Course was in excellent condition for as early into the season as it was, greens changed from hole to hole which made play challenging yet enjoyable
Friendly staff and nice layout
I play here 2-3 times a month. The pro shop staff is so friendly and accommodating. The starters go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The 3 different sides are fantastic. Each one different and challenging in their own way. Pace of play is an issue at times. Overall I would highly recommend this course.
