They allowed too many singles play behind a three some. Had to let them play through. That is too much pushing.

Aston oaks for many years was the hidden gem of Westside golf. It is now on its way back to this status. The course is in exemplary shape for a great price.

Every time I play this course, I love it. It's not a very easy course... you'll be penalized if you're not a straight hitter. The course was in great shape. The fairways were lush & the greens were receptive while still rolling at a good speed.

What more could you ask for? This is a beautiful course, very challenging but not so challenging that you get frustrated. We got a coupon through Golfnow and played 18 w/cart for $22. Honestly, that's an absolute steal for this course.

I have only played one other time at Aston Oaks but I was happy to find that the experience was just as good the second time around. The holes are distributed through out woods and suburban homes but give a fantastic variety of challenge, elevation and degree of difficulty through out. I also enjoyed that we didn't have to wait on other golfers as that's a great way to ruin a round. Aston Oaks is a fun course if you have the time.

I love to play this course when I can find a deal for under $30. Challenging holes but not impossible for the weekend golfer. Great scenery and generally see lots of wildlife along the way.

3:30 tee off on time, moved right along on a Saturday afternoon. Everything about this course is very good to excellent, greens, fairways, rough, sand traps. Course seems to always be well taken care of. Price of $18 +tax for weekend great. Played as single and paired up with two other great guys. We really enjoyed our round and time in the 19th hole, food good, beer cold. Staff very friendly, and electric carts are a big plus over gas anytime, quick and quiet. Course layout among beautiful homes and condos, very picturesque. View of Ohio river on back nine is one of the best in entire Cinti area. Woods, lakes and overall layout is excellent.

Worth every minute. Great condition. One of the best courses that I have played in a while for the price. I will definitely bring others to enjoy. The staff was very nice. Thanks a lot and looking forward to returning soon.

Aston Oaks is easily one of the best public courses in the city. Challenging and beautiful layout, and touchscreen GPS on every cart. Can't go wrong for the price as well!

I've been playing Aston Oaks Golf Club since its inception in 2000. It has always been a nice enough course with minor issues. We have played there twice this year so far. It is in the best condition it has ever been in. Almost every tee box, fairway, and green is in incredible condition(a few areas are ok, but not bad by any means). The beauty of this course has always been prominent(views, trees, layout, challenge), but now the course has matured and could rival any of the best public courses in Cincinnati. If you're near river rd. and shady lane in three rivers check out this West Side gem of a golf course.

I love this course. It plays long and difficult. The weather has been horrible this year but the course was in great shape. The fairways were brown, but I believe that is the type of grass they planted. Greens were hard due to te frozen ground, but you can adjustto hit the front of the green and let the ball roll back.

Over all this is a great course! Restaurant and staff do a great job. Some of the cart paths could use some attention but looks like they are on it and have completed repairs between hole 13 & 14.

Staff was great and since we were a twosome and there was a slight frost delay they did a mini shotgun start and moved us in front of foursomes- Very Smart people Thank You very much Aston Oaks Staff- they were great- THIS COURSE IS A MUST PLAY ALWAYS !!!!!!!!!

Course is in great condition, nice fairways and greens.

Course is in pretty good condition. great layout. It is challenging but not to difficult. I play it a couple times a year and always enjoy playing here. Its on the more expensive side but worth the money and you can usually find great deals through golfnow.com

This course is not easy but not difficult. It's a good challenging course for me. I recommend a gold tee for layers whose hadycap is around 20.

You won't get around the place quickly because it's difficult and you have a few drives from hole to hole that are a half mile. With that said, it's a nice course and worth the drive.

I would definately recommend this course to any golfer.

I played 2 other local courses recently for less money that were in better shape. Mud on some of the greens, but for the most part was course was in "ok" shape. On the 12th hole, our GPS told us we were 15 mins behind and playing too slow. My fault b/c i am just learning started shooting 120's in June now in high 90's lows 100 for 18 holes, golfs a tough sport. I played with 3 guys one scratch golfer, 2 others that avg. mid 80's. One of the Starters rolls up in the middle of my friends back swing and demanded us to speed up play or he would make us skip a hole. He also said the group behind us called the club house twice to complain, good for them. He got in our heads a little bit, all playing farely well up until that point. I play golf to have fun, relax, get away from everyday stresses like my commisioned sales job, and sometimes my wife. Half the time we could not tee off b/c of the group in front and we finished the course at 12:00 noon, started around 7:30 am. Glad i golfed this course 3 times this year, wont happen again. If you want to relax while playing golf dont go to Aston Oaks, or play speed golf. Plently of other great courses to spend my money on. One of the guys in the staff, drill sargeant Rick, is the opposite of "super friendly." Learn how to treat and talk to paying customers.
