Treasure Hills Golf Club
About
Treasure Hills GC is one of the better layouts in the Rio Grande Valley. Built on rolling terrain, the wide fairways present nice targets off the tee, and the elevated greens require taking an extra club every now and then. While not an overbearing factor, water hazards come into play throughout the design.
Getting there : From Hwy 77 driving south, exit on Ed Carey and turn left. When you come to Business 77 turn right, drive down to Trailer Hills Blvd. and turn left. Veer right at the split in the road and turn left on Pinehurst, where you'll see signs to the course.

Good course
Course is headed in the right direction. Greens are improving. The layout is fun and challenging. Staff is friendly. Prices are pretty decent.
Stay away from the greens in your cart
The staff was very friendly and helpful the course was in fair condition but it has been very hot the pass 3 months here. Green were in good condition but slow for my taste. Remember when playing here that the carts have a tracker on them and will shut down if you get too close to the greens. Good idea but it would have been nice if you know that. Great day other than that.
Lost
Fairways need help, got lost trying to fine the next tee box. People playing behind have no problem hitting into your direction
Great day of golf
I don’t get much time off of work, so spending my day off at the golf course was awesome! The greens at this course are beautiful. The rolling terrain makes the course challenging and very fun. Looking forward to my next outing at Treasure Hills.
Bad greens and terrible price
The greens are so bad they should be charging full price and even if the golf now app says it will include a cart they will charge you there for one anyways
Greens
All the greens were in very bad shape. They should not have charged full price to play a round!
This course is not in good shape, grees are in rough shape. would not recommend it to afellowgolfer
Really bad shape
I have played this course for the last five years, never have I seen it so bad. All of the greens were totally burnt, never putted out, took two and left
..also looked like someone has rode over them with a 4x4. They filled in 90% of the sand traps with grass because they couldn't keep sand in them, so now they are just burnt crispy grass. We booked on golf now, we knew we would have to pay for a cart when we arrived, so we payed 33.00 for the golf, Then they charged us 30 for the cart. I can golf at may other courses in the RGV pay 40.00 and have much better course conditions. So first and last time for me there this year.
Very bad condition.
We have played TI for the last six years. This was my worst experience, it used to be a not bad course. This year was horrible, the greens are really bad. You could not putt, burnt, looked like someone ran all over them with a 4x4 or a riding lawnmower doing wheelies, we took two putts on every hole and walked away. This course used to have a great layout. Now they are filling in all the sand traps with grass, and it is all dried out and crispy not nice looking at all.
We booked on golf now for 16.00 each, knew we would have to pay for our cart when we arrived. My hubby and I payed 15.00 each for tte cart, our friend who was a single payed 15.00, so we payed 62.00 for our round,. Last week we went to Vally Int. And payed 42.00, way better condition. I would not recommnd this course to anyone
South Texas golf
The course is a great layout and fun to play! From what I played around the area, it is one of the better courses!
Treasure Hills
Like playing there but there are several greens that are in vert poor condition. Wouldn’t want to play there after a rain, too many places without grass
