Golf de Wimereux, originally opened in 1901 is a links course located in the Hauts-de-France region, close to the Channel.
The course of Golf de Wimereux was redesigned by Guy Campbell and Cecil Hutchinson after World War one, but the layout has been changed many times since then.
Golf de Wimereux club has hosted several big championships during its years and can be very challenging with winds coming from the North blows through the English Channel.
