Pace
Pace of play was very slow, no ranger to help speed up pace.
Course was in great shape and very playable with some challenging holes.
Slow!
Incredibley slow play. Need Ranger to monitor play. Took over an hour longer. Sometimes 4 groups on same hole. Could not play this course on a regular basis if this is the standard.
Pretty good, but…..
I’ve probably harped on this before, but once again……..the course is generally in good shape, and I can see they are making improvements….but they really need to address the condition of the tee boxes. It looked as if they hadn’t moved the markers in weeks, making it bare and dry, so much so that I actually broke some tees trying to get them in the ground. Currently, they need to issue a hammer at the start of the round.
Greens in good shape
There are a couple holes I didn't care for but overall the course was in pretty good condition for the middle of summer. The greens were rolling true and fairly quick.
Excellent condition
Only recommendation is on an extremely hot day like today, a beverage cart would have been well received
Desperately Needs A Starter/Rangers
Love this course, but on the weekend you are always looking at a 5.5+ hour round because the lack of starter/rangers/overbooking. Constant groups of 5 / 6 / 7 players. Had to skip two holes on my last round because of a log jam at 8/9 due to two greater than foursomes player together. Again love this course, but I believe to get to its full potential its going to need to tidy up its flow of groups.
Hidden gem wow
They exceeded all expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful. The course is in a great wooded area with good scenery. I will be going here a lot
