Great course
I have played here a few times and have enjoyed it every time.
Excellent Course
This is an excellent course. Fairways and greens were in great condition. My only suggestion is to cut the rough shorter. It is discouraging to hit your ball 2-3 yards off the fairway and not be able to find your ball.
Will definitely return
We were a little concerned upon arrival on a mid Saturday afternoon. There didn’t seem to be too many people there.
Pro shop was ok, not friendly, but that’s fine.
Practice area was terrible.
Once we got on to the course we were really impressed. Tight fairways, but fair. The course definitely requires hitting it straight. We waited on nearly every shot as the group in front of us were some beginners.
There had been a lot of play and some wet conditions so the greens were beat up a bit, but not too bad. We loved the bent grass.
It is a fun course and we’ll definitely come back.
Great course
This course is always in good condition, greens are very nice, a little beat up but that is due to people not wanting or knowing how to repair divots, which I will never understand!
Must play
Excellent course and always in great condition.
Great staff and not hateful when using golf now tee times like some courses are.
A must play course and highly recommended
First Fuzzy Zoeller Course I've played
Very nice links style course. Tee boxes, fairways and greens in great shape. Great setup. All the staff we met were friendly.
Summer 2021
Pace was awful. They allowed 3 groups of 5 to play in front of my group and took over 5 hours to play 18.
Solid track, brutal pace of play
I was thinking a 8:36am tee time on a Friday morning would yield a decent pace of play. Not so much. We literally had four groups on one hole a few times (one on the green, one in the fairway, and two on the tee). Ended up playing the front 9 and calling it a day.
Overall, solid track (assuming back 9 is similar to the front 9)… but bring a deck of cards because you’ll likely be waiting a bit between shots.
Best Golf Course in Bartholomew County
Always love playing this course. It's always in great condition and at a fair price especially twilight rate or on golf now. I highly recommend playing this course.
