Otter Creek Golf Course - North/West

Holy cow, what a great course and another 18 on the way. Sign me up.

Love everything but the last hole for one course. Construction took away the thrill of a long hole 9

Course is going through a huge renovation. Will be back when it’s complete. Played in June course was in great shape. Played in August, bad shape.

This is one of the best courses in Indiana. It was in tournament shape. Staff and food was great from pro shop to rangers to bartender! Worth every penny!

This is a very nice golf course. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Senior. The fairways and greens were excellent. The rough was dry due to lack of rain in our area. i’ve played here many times but I had my best score in 15 years shooting 79. Needless to say it was a very enjoyable day for me. The course may be undergoing renovations soon. they have started that process removing trees, etc. I warn you that the cart Paths are kind of rough so don’t drive your cart too fast.

I love Otter Creek...but, played as a single and was paired with a threesome, have done this before and always played with my own cart. This day we had the strict "by the rules" starter that would not budge and worried out loud that the "pro" would be upset if we played as a foursome with 3 carts.

It was an interesting stance considering we played behind a scramble of a bunch of non-golfers that never fixed a ball mark, disregarded carts signs, and played slower than I thought possible for a scramble.

The course priorities are a bit out of whack.

I’ve played a lot of golf over the past 10 years and never have I ever been so disrespected on a course. Course Marshall wanted to stop us 7 holes through and tell us that are pace of play was to slow and that we needed to speed up even though no one was behind us. After finishing 18 the group behind us didn’t finish for another 20 mins behind. After leaving the course we got a call from the course saying that we drove on the 18th green when we never did. They said they had camera and saw us when we’re not close to driving on the green. This was my first time playing at this course and I will never go back. For $69 for 18 holes and paying $50 for beer while at the course to be treated and questioned about our round was very frustrating and for the quality of play of the course and hospitality for $69 plus extras at the course I will never return to play and pay the rude folks of Otter Creek any more of my hard earned money.

Great golf course, staff are excellent, very good practice facilities. Conditioning was very good, only area of concern was the length of rough (but it has been a wet Spring) and crabgrass patches in the rough were prevalent. Overall, definitely worth the fee and drive to Columbus.
