Blue Fox Run Golf Club - White Nine

Book the tee time with golfnow as usual. When we check in at the pro shop they inform us that the course is wet a d four holes were .move due to the water on the course. This day was a waste of time and .money. l end up paying for my friends case I didn't know how to explain the situation. We left after six hole that's how awful the course condition was. They should of never let anyone out that day or even that week. Its sad that they would send people out knowing the course wasn't in playing g condition. I should of called golfnow but I didn't wNna started any trouble.

They are doing a great job coming back from the terrible floods. A couple of holes on the White and of course the Blue took a beating.. Keep up the good work. we'll be back.

Considering the amount of rain that we have had course was in good condition-enjoyed my round!!!

I have been playing golf for 55 years. This was , without doubt, the worst conditioned course I have ever played. It shouldn't be a golf course, it's more like a "Weed Museum". If you didn't put one nickel into your yard, and came back 5-6 years later, that's what this course is like.

It's a shame that owners would let a property like this deteriorate to this extent. They may mow twice a summer, as some areas are completely overgrown , and others ( like the fairways) don't need to be cut as dirt doesn't grow.

Because the grass is so thin, any rain runs off to low areas making giant lakes in numerous spots where they had to close greens, fairways.

Some sand traps look like they are filled with industrial waste, not sand.

The positive take away for me will be, the next course I play will be like Augusta National!

Do not play the Blue Course, the 5th hole and the tee on the 6th hole are unplayable

I never wrote reviews. My buddy and I played this course about 3 years ago. It was awful then. 2 holes didn’t have any grass at all. The course was in rough shape. (Staffer stated the grounds keeper skipped town with the watering system key). I have no idea but it was rough. We swore we wouldn’t go back and we are not very particular about the courses we play. We got a deal on TeeOff and figured 3 years passed. We will give them another shot. Big mistake. The course was sooo wet. A temporary tee box on one hole. Temporary green on another. The green was underwater. A pond where a fairway was supposed to be? There was an industrial size pump on another hole. (Not working/pumping at the time we passed by.) the play on the front nine (red course) wasn’t bad. But the back (white) was awful. We caught a 3 some on the second hole. Moving like molasses. As We waited patiently on tee box. We watched as 3 groups of golfers were getting log jammed on the hole behind us. group on the green behind us. One group in fairway behind us and a group on the tee box all on the same hole. We teed off and were then spoken to by the slow group ahead of us that we were hitting too soon and “almost hit” then on 3 occasions. Not even close to hitting them. If this were the case. Let us play thru as there was no group seen ahead of them. Long and short of it. Do not waste your time or hard earned money playing this course. We certainly won’t be back. Or maybe give it at least another 3 years for the course to dry out.

Garbage, they don’t treat for insects so you get attacked the whole time. Only red was open, offered a rain check but there was no way I was going back. Not with your clubs would I play again.

Very friendly staff and course layout was challenging but not impossible

First time playing here and would definitely go back. Really nice layout but course did have some rough spots but greens played well.

Last time I played here was 8 years ago and it has totally gone to sh&$ It’s really sad. Used to be in great shape. Save your money and play somewhere else. My Father and I wouldn’t go back if they paid us.

Course is in horrific condition. There is no starter nor organization - you show up, you go on. They’ll just stack a bunch one 1s or 2s back to back and not have them join up it doesn’t make sense. Go elsewhere

Beautiful course and incredible staff. A little bit of water damage but any course will have a problem or two.

Conditions were good aside from water damage on two holes, even in the extreme heat the greens were kept nice and playable. Definitely recommend playing

We played white course to blue course. The white course isn’t in great shape, rough is overgrown, fairway is patchy but greens are okay. One hole has half a green totally missing and it’s just hard black dirt. The blue course however should not even be open to the public. The tee boxes were like hitting from the rough. Not even mowed. Some holes has entire fairways just missing and black dirt. The greens were half sand half grass. Fairways were a mix of cabbage grass and normal grass so you would lose your ball in the middle of the fairway. It was honestly comical. I’ve never seen anything like it. $37 with a cart should have been a clue.

The course is great except for a few fairways that had water damage but did not hamper our outings.

The staff in the pro shop is great and the starter has the best attitude working with the golfers that I have ever witnessed. The kitchen staff and cart ladies were also great. Keep up the good work. We live nearly 59 miles away, but we plan to return often in the future.
