Good for practice
This is a course where you can practice without spending a fortune. But do not expect nice tee boxes, bunkers or fairways. Greens are reasonable.

Needs work, esp Blue side
Played Blue/Red Labor Day weekend. Blue 9 conditions in particular were not good at all. Crabgrass everywhere, even fairways. Sand traps were awful. Effectively no 'edge', and also loaded w crabgrass. Cut an edge at least and pull the weeds. Add some decent sand to cover the packed dirt. Patchy greens.
Red 9 (the one along Nod Rd) was in much better shape, and fairways at least had nice grass and decent greens.

We apologize for any negative aspects you encountered, such as the poor conditions on the Blue 9, including crabgrass and poorly-maintained sand traps. We will strive to address these issues by creating defined edges, removing weeds, and adding better sand for future players. Rough shape but good obstacles for learning
This course is in the right spot for playing friends friends and affordable for everyone. They tend to run deals too sometimes. However, I don’t think I’ve ever played a game here when the course was in good shape. Always something going on like flooding, irregular grass lengths, or wasp nests right on the fairway. I will say though that if you play here regularly, you will be able to play anywhere because this does have some tough obstacles and when combined with the course shape, you’ll learn to work around anything.

Mediocre with Great Possibilities
The layout and location of this course is awesome. They have thr ability to have a great course. There is a weed in the rough problem. The cart paths are shot.. the greens are decent but I think there is a problem with etiquette. People don't fix their divots. So it makes the greens bumpy. I love the layout though. Need some skill to score well. The fairways sometimes are dead. If you injected a few million and had a awesome greenskeeper this course could be a stunner. Right now it's a hair overpriced for the condition.

Awful condition
Course in horrible shape-ball marks on greens not repaired-rough was not mowed at all-tons if overgrown weeds and clover-will not play there anymore

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
Too much money for that poor quality of course. Should be $20 for 18 and a cart for the conditions.
