Very surprised.
I’ve played this course in the past and it used to be in great condition today I played they live in grass grow through the sand traps some of the fairways were burnt the greens had growth And holes on them. It’s too bad because this used to be a nice little executive course. I won’t be returning.
fun course but grass needs work
Fun hole setups, lots of tight fairways w/ water. Lots of challenging greens, most were far from flat. Grass was in rough shape however. Very affordable
Course condition was poor - hence the low price
Fairways were in bad shape.... bunkers were hard packed sand with crabgrass throughout ... but on the plus side the greens were maintained well.
At this price I suppose you expect less but not this much less - I think this course needs dome TLC

A friend recommended this course. It was great for us. We are beginners and the layout was just right!
Nice, short, quick
Went out on a beautiful Saturday with a buddy and got a round in in under 2 hours. Not very long, no par 5s, but pretty well maintained and some tricky hazards. Great place to play a quick round, even on a weekend.
Great course for the money
Granted it was Fathers’ Day Weekend, but pace of play was a bit harried. We were paired with another duo, which is fine, but the morning tee times were right up against each other so we were rushing through our round. Overall, nice course and friendly staff. Would play it again.
Call first to make sure their lawnmowers are not broken!
I drove 35 minutes to try this course. Upon arrival at 7:30AM the woman was friendly and attentive. She apologized for having no coffee ready as she was just getting things up and going. I teed off at 7:50AM and quickly realized something was off. The course was overgrown with the exception of the main fairway and greens. Any area even those closest to the green were so over grown (calf height) my shoes were soaked by the 3rd hole from simply walking from cart path to tee box. To make it worse the course was cart path only so trudging through this high growth was the only way to get to the fairway. I spotted a maintenance guy in a cart and asked about the issue. He stated the lawnmower had broken Friday. Really? The day before? And they only have one mower? I doubt it. It was also noticeable that there was no starter as those that were playing were backed up.This course has great potential. I hope management takes notice and addresses the shortcoming.
Cool course
Friend of mine brought me to this course a few times ,great staff -really good groundskeepers- very friendly good place to play Good value and challenging /used on my clubs greens were in good shape!
