Sassamon Trace Golf Course

Had a great time, wiil be one of my go to courses.

Did not play. Course was closed.

When it's open it is a 4* course. Seems to be lack of communication between Golf Now and Sossamon.

FYi, Sassamon is closed on Thursdays for the month of June.

Still waiting for my booking fee to be returned to me.

Called Golf Now customer service, She said she couldn't help me. For me, it's not the money, it is the principle of satisfying your customer.

Challenging course with incredible views. A true hidden gem

We had a great time getting back on the golf course. It was a beautiful spring day, the birds we singing, and the grass was green.

The course conditions were generally excellent. There was a broken water pipe that caused the sixth fairway to muddy and the cart path by the seventh to be completely flooded out. They had not yet been able to turn off the water at the source,

I appreciate the town opening the course now. They're still trying to figure things out,. They didn't have any scorecards available, so be sue to print out the scorecard and bring a pencil or make sure you've downloaded the new GN Compete app and have fully charged your phone.

Beautiful scenery, great course and staff. Easy to book tee times

Sassamon Trace is a wonderful 9 hole course that has a great pace of play and is perfect for a family golf outing.

Another beautiful day at Sassamon Trace. I teed off at 7:46 and walked of the 9th green at 8:57 even with a couple extra shots here and there. What a great start to the morning. The greens were in great shape and they were all rolling consistently. Tee boxes were good and the fairways were fine...when I landed in them.

If you can find the time I'm sure you will enjoy this course, just don't hit it to the right. One tip, the bunkers are hard so play your shot accordingly . Have fun!

Three of us teed off at 7:50 on a beautiful Friday morning. Pace of play was great no real delays to speak of. Course was in good shape and the greens where rolling very well. Finished at 9:40, still plenty of the day left for work or other activities.

I would play there again. I bet it's busy in the afternoon and weekends but it was a great Friday morning round.

Awesome little course right near route 9. Easy to get to.

The course was in great shape for mid-July, especially because it probably sees a lot of play. The only imperfection I saw was some bare patches on the tee-boxes. They clearly care for this course.

Fun layout with some par 4s and a par 5 that give you the chance to hit driver - not something you can do at every 9-hole course. Greens were in great shape and rolled true. Some shelves and swales offered some challenge if you didn't hit a quality shot into the green. Fun and scoreable.

Also a great place to learn. We had a golf school of kids behind us taking their time on the greens so we were able to hit a few extra balls and take our time enjoying this great course. Good spot to learn the game and hit a lot of different shots.

I will definitely be back here a few more times this summer.
