The Rookery South

Golf course was OK given that green fees and cart was a hot deal. Otherwise, it is not worth the full price. Overall layout was good but greens weee sliw and unpredictable.

Surpassed expectations, can't wait to play it in the fall.

Granted an early tee time - 0733 - but got around in less than 4 hours which is unusual at the beach. Course was in very nice shape. Only drawback was there was no staff for the bar/concession area so no way to purchase water/Gatorade for the round. Didn't see a cart person until the 18th hole

Great course for a fun and challenging foursome to start your morning. Several long holes and a few challenging dog legs . The course was in great condition. Greens were faster than expected. Easy access off Route 1 .

Starter was pleasant but person at pro shop not so much. Showed up 10 mins prior to tee time ready to play and was considered late. We were a 2-some and they had 4-some with a later tee time pass us due to or “tardiness” we waited at each hole as surprisingly the pace for 2 was quicker than the pace for 4, go figure.

Need to have a cart girl it was 95 degrees. Otherwise excellent course and staff.

Fast greens, decent fairways, thick rough. Some holes are a little tricked up. Not my first choice to play but an okay alternative. They charge the same price throughout the day which is overpriced for the later rounds.

Been playing here for years and the course never disappoints. Great value compared to surrounding courses and the greens were in great shape

I have play the Rookery many times over the past 20 years. Great layout for what they offer. Not extremely difficult, but certainly has it challanges and allows you to use every club in your bag. They have done a great job updating course and ammenities in recent years.

Fairways and Greens are in great shape.

Played here last year and it was another fun round. Great course with a challenging layout. It’s a bit expensive but if you want to play at a course close to Rehoboth Beach area, this is a go to. Course was a bit crowded but pace of play was good. Most amenities are what you’d expect and are comparable to other courses. I really enjoy playing here.
