Good course slow play
There are a lot of good things to say about the course. Especially the condition. Sadly pace of play and the management of it is not one of them. There were almost three open holes in front of the group we were behind. We did not see a ranger out on the course to help manage the situation. We have experienced this multiple times at Plantation Lakes. The effective management of pace of play from a human resource perspective does not appear to be a priority to the people in charge. Solid personnel at the bag drop and in the pro shop but on the course either vacant or ineffective has been our experience.
Friendly Pro Shop and staff!
Played again after a 2 years. Love the challenging layout which. Is aided by gps maps in carts. As a golf now player we were welcomed and assisted by pro shop with genuine appreciation.
All around good course.
Never disappointed here. Range services no charge great for warm up. Challenging holes on front 9. Play a little slow but not too bad. Course was a bit dry for Spring but otherwise well maintained. snack bar friendly but limited snack choices. I'd go again depending on rates.

late-season mid-week treat
I golfed with three members and had a great time. Weekdays are the best for this course (like almost any other).
PL is always well-maintained and staff work hard to keep it that way, from the moment you drop your bag until loading up to leave.

Course Conditions were Amazing
The fairways were in better Conditions than some of the greens on some courses I've played in Ocean City Maryland.

Great course
Need to have Marshall out there. It took 5:15 hours to play. There was a hole and a half open in front of the group in front of us. Had a rude twosome that hit up on us twice. One of them lived there in the neighborhood so they should know better. Otherwise always enjoy the course. They ask way too much however but through the hot deals it makes it doable.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a good pace when having our golfers on the course. The only bad thing I can say is that the course doesn’t allow enough times for the public.
