Although you had to keep carts on rough it did not effect pace of play at all. 3 hours 18 holes for single golfer.The fairways are really coming back and when they do it will be like carpet.

New golf course manager has done absolutely amazing job on this course.

Greens role nicely. No problem finding balls in rough. Will make this my home course.

Fairways are in need of much work as are some of the tee boxes. Greens are generally good. Front desk never greets warmly and is generally grumpy. Pace of play is often hit or miss. Frankly, best part of playing here is price and Big Oyster after the round. Hope they will improve with time.

Nice clubhouse. Great bar and restaurant (Big Oyster).

Some tees were a little rough but the greens were in great shape. The rough was a little long so keeping the ball in the fairway was a bonus.

It was a pleasure playing Southern Delaware golf course. It's coming around from the poor shape it was in earlier this year. The greens were in good shape. The fairways are in good shape. We teed off on time and pace of play was good. Golf now gave us a really good rate. We look forward to playing there soon again.

I can see they’re working hard to get the grass to grow in the fairways again cutting down all those trees. Last year was great as well, but you really need to teach people how to fix ball marks on the greens. It’s kind of sad that they don’t already know how to do it. Otherwise, the greens are in pretty good shape.

Course was ok. Many temporary tees. Even the tee that weren’t under repair were horribly maintained. Every tee was all crabgrass, and not even cut down enough.
