Greens very slow
Back nine greens are very slow, get better on the front nine (we started on the back 9). They are in good shape, probably just need a good trim? Course is in reasonable shape.
Good challenging course
I enjoy how open and challenging the course is and how layed back everything is. I never felt rushed playing the course, even with people waiting.
Enjoyed our round
Good layout with wide fairways , greens a bit on slow side, good pace of play shot 74 could have been better but left a number of birdies sort.
Great Outing
The staff at checkin were very courteous and polite. As a first time player at this facility I found it player friendly. I would recommend this course to any wishing a new experience outside of Calgary.
Rough Shape
lots of dandelions and overgrown grass
similar to a pasture for goats.
Just aerated the greens
Guess it's that time of year. Greens were just aerated and obviously were pretty slow. Not very true either, however guess it needs to be done.
Very windy
Pace seemed slow but we were done in just over 4 hours, so I guess it wasn't that bad. Had 3 foursomes in front of us, so just enjoyed the day (except for the wind, which at times, was very strong). Course is in rough shape but that is expected for this time of the year.
