Awesome visit
Beautiful course to play even under winter conditions (march). Awesome accommodations! One of my favorites - worth the trip!!

Whooow, SUNNY and warm all day long. Great price on Hot Deal GolfNow. Excellent Resort and facility. Very walkable course. Good warm up areas and Worlds Largest Hanging Basket, you have to see it to understand. Bunkers not playable do to weather...free drop behind bunker. Thank you.

Excellent golf course, great winter conditions, easy walking, best in the Valley, good for all golfers
Best Golf Course on Vancouver Island!
We are very lucky to have a Golf Course of this quality on the North Island. Fairways are well drained and firm for winter play, and almost never any temp greens! The design of the course was very well thought out, each Hole is unique and presents the golfer with different ways of approach.
Some wet spots
Some wet spots, but still good for Dec. Greens were okay. My buddy has a CAP of around 17 and shoots a 78 gross. NICE.

Great day on Crowne Isle!
Pulled out a miracle day weather wise and got 18 in with my best buds. The course set up well considering the weeks of rain we have had prior to the round. Greens were still showing signs of being punched but held up o.k. If you get a break in the weather give it a go as it is the best drained course in the Comox Valley this time of year.

Solid Vancouver Island play
This is a really solid Graham Cooke design, a course that its 500 members certainly doesn't mind playing pretty much every day. At 7,000 yards from the tips, it's as tough as you want it to be, but play the proper set of tees and pretty much everything is right out in front of you. Lots of interesting doglegs, some elevated greens and tees, water hazards and well above average conditioning.
Good resort course
Good resort course , a little bit challenging, a little bit forgiving . Good for all golfers.
the course can be very challenging
played from the blue tees the course offers some very interesting obstacles if you mishit shots. playing to the proper sides of fairways and levels of the greens is essential to score well.
Beautiful course
Always well maintained, beautiful vistas of mountains with snow and a glacier. Several lakes to contend with, it looks like the resort is carved out of a forest. Wonderful service, friendly staff and members.
Good golfing
Course was in great shape. A little less showy than 10 yrs ago. Greens were in excellent shape.
Absolutely Fantastic!!
This course is absolutely beautiful. I have played all the courses in the Comox Valley and would say this one stands out on top. I look forward to golfing here again.
One of my favourite courses!
We always enjoy playing this course on the island! Usually it is in impeccable condition with everything green, green, green but yesterday it was very obvious that they are having water problems and couldn't keep up with the extreme heat that we've been having. The Ladies Tee boxes were in very tough shape and it was difficult to even put a tee into the ground! The men's boxes were better marginally. The greens were in good condition and we still enjoyed our day there. The clubhouse is always a winner with good food and a relaxed atmosphere. We'll be back when the weather cools down some more.
A day in paradise
Arrived early to enjoy the scenery and review the club house. We were warmly welcomed by staff and starter and we were on our way. The fairways were very dry, the bunkers and greens were in excellent shape. There is lots of construction by the 15th fairway.
After our game - we enjoyed a relaxing meal and drinks on the patio - again staff were friendly and efficient.
Very nice course overall.
Enjoyed the course today didn't feel rushed like other times I played there.
Staff Friendliness
Very helpful staff and stater got us out early. Played early morning and completed round under 4 hrs.
Club House & Range
Course has great club house, range and putting greens. Course condition is excellent with wide variety of teeing options. Greens are in very good condition, traps are large and plentiful. Cart girl was friendly and came around frequently, which is a must on a very hot day.
