Under normal circumstances this is a well kept course with terrific greens. This day #16 was being rebuilt while the other greens were slow and scruffy. Fairways were also scruffy with all kinds of raccoon damage on the perimeter. A bit disappointing as course condition, even in the fall, is generally a selling point for this track. Very tough Par 3's and a bunch of Par 4's that feel much the same.

For being in the middle of a city. You couldn’t find a better course. Fairways are wide enough that if you spray it wide. You still have a shot. Greens are a challenge, but fun. Great practice areas, also when you hit the back nine. Pretty much an ocean view for the rest of your round.
