About
Guildford Golf & Country Club has long been known as one of the finest courses British Columbia has to offer. The golf course is located in Surrey, just across the U.S. border from Washington and less than 40 minutes from Vancouver. The scenic layout has fairways lined with mature trees and the greens are large and undulating. There are also creeks that weave across the golf course and numerous lakes that come into play. The layout has a classic design that still provides a challenge for all skill levels. Golfers are put to the test right away on the first two holes, a par 4 and a par 3 respectively, which require good course management and thoughtful decision making. Guilford's standout hole though, is the signature 16th. This tough par 3 is modeled after the notorious 12th hole at Augusta National, complete with a stone bridge and water hazard that encircles almost the entire green.

Muddy fairway, poor bunker, green under treatment. At $19, what else you can ask?
Overcrowded
They were running 6 minute tee time blocks and were way behind schedule. We played 12 holes in 4.5 hours and were waiting on every single tee box, including being 2 groups deep at some points. They need to spread out tee times better before I come back
Great value full length course
If you like a bit of elevation change this course is great! Excellent pace of play on weekday. Water to play beside and cross over. Overall well maintained and friendly helpful staff.
Challenging but with large greens
Some fairways a little muddy but for this time of Winter rainy season, just happy to hit the course!
Winter golf.
There’s been lots of rain so was quite muddy today. Pace was good. Two temp greens which were okay. All in all it was a decent round of golf.aside from my score.
Poor drainage
16 out of 18 if the greens were in poor condition. All fairways where mud pits, really poor drainage. They moved 2 greens into the fairway for some strange reason even though the real green looked to be ok. Tee boxes were also below standards.
Won't be back again till next summer, do not recommend for fall/winter golf.
Wet and soggy
Even on a pretty sunny day it was terribly soggy and wet. And quite slow. I had to leave after 9 because it was not enjoyable and I usually love my golf time. Safe to say the weather has to do with it but I would've hoped the drainage was better than that.
